Changfeng Park is located in the western part of Shanghai's central urban area, in the south-central part of Putuo District. Featuring a large lawn, rockery, and an artificial lake, the park offers a variety of water and land attractions, as well as an ocean world and a racing track, making it a popular destination for weekend and holiday relaxation.

The park is lush and green, with bamboo and pine trees lining the foothills, willows shading the lakeside, and ginkgo, camphor, and palm trees, along with peonies, cherry blossoms, and azaleas, creating a vibrant floral atmosphere year-round. The biennial Shanghai International Flower Festival is also held here.

Land-based recreational facilities include bumper cars, pirate ships, miniature trains, double flying rides, luxury carousels, rafting boats, roller coasters, and go-karts.

You can also fly kites, climb mountains, row boats, and play go-karts on the lawn. " Changfeng Ocean World " is located on the west bank of Yinchu Lake in the park. It is China's first ocean aquarium with a new theme concept.
