The center's exterior is clad in red brick, preserving the historical rings of Shanghai's industrial civilization from the 1920s while incorporating contemporary fashion aesthetics. Upon completion, the " Shanghai International Fashion Center " will feature six functional areas: a multifunctional fashion show venue, a stylish reception center, stylish creative offices, a stylish boutique warehouse, a stylish apartment hotel, and stylish dining and entertainment.
