The Shanghai Tao Xingzhi Memorial Hall is located at No. 76 Wuwei East Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai. Tao Xingzhi was one of the main leaders of the Chinese People's National Salvation Association and the China Democratic League.

Inside the entrance to the Shanghai Tao Xingzhi Memorial Hall stands a statue of the people's educator Tao Xingzhi, carved from a single block of white marble. The walls of the corridor leading to the exhibition hall are lined with stone inscriptions by Mao Zedong, Soong Ching Ling, Zhu De, and Feng Yuxiang, each of which praises Tao Xingzhi's life with awe and admiration. Inscribed on the wall at the entrance to the exhibition hall are four large characters in Tao Xingzhi's handwriting: "Love fills the world."
