On the riverside, there are 32 semicircular viewing balconies with ornamental iron railings and 64 column-shaped square lanterns. The observation deck also features 21 bowl-shaped flower beds, columnar square pavilions, and hexagonal pavilions, as well as various artificial marble chairs for visitors to rest. To the west of the observation deck, a perennial green belt serves as a verdant barrier, ensuring both safety and visual pleasure for visitors.
