Zhou Zuomin's former residence, built in 1930, is a Spanish-style building with a mixed-use structure and four floors. It faces south and features 12 French windows on the ground floor of the south facade. A large curved balcony on the second floor is featured. It also features a gently sloping roof with red tubular tiles, arched dormer windows, and a roughened cement exterior. It is now a well-known restaurant.
