Yongkang Road in Xuhui District, Shanghai (the area used to be the French Concession, and the old name of the road was Route Remi, also called Lemi Road, used from 1884 to 1943) is only about 600 meters long, starting from Jiashan Road (Kahn, Rue Gaston) in the east and ending at Taiyuan Road intersection in the west.

In 2009, the Fuxing Market, a 2,000-square-meter standardized market just across the road, opened its doors to customers. The Jiashan open-air market on Yongkang Road officially left the stage, ending its nearly 50-year history.
