Zhou Dawen's former residence, also known as the "Zhou Mansion," is located on the south side of Heping Street in Weicheng, Zhenyuan County. It was originally built by Zhou Dawen's grandfather, Zhou Bingyuan, in the early years of the Guangxu reign. His father, Zhou Ying, inherited the family business. Zhou Dawen's former residence is also the former site of the Zhenyuan underground branch of the Chinese Communist Party.
