Stopping along I 95 somewhere near, but not in, Savannah

Question

Need to stop somewhere along I95 outside of Savannah as an overnight halfway mark to our destination. I’ve been to Savannah many times but as this is just a quick overnight, rest stop, I don’t want to go into the city. I was thinking of staying either at the Richmond Hill area or near the airport and getting back on I95 the next morning around 10. Suggestions for a clean safe hotel for me. Thank you!
