Hyatt place Cobb galleria or Hyatt house?

Hi! We are visiting six flags and a friend in the Marietta area. I have been looking at Hyatt place Cobb galleria or Hyatt house Cobb galleria. They are fairly close. Is one a better location? A better hotel?

Is it Worth going to the battery?
