Weekday mid-strip Breakfast places?

Just looking for suggestions for a good, sit-down breakfast place somewhere close to Cosmo.

I'm noticing that there are plenty of quick-serve places for breakfast, and plenty of weekend-brunch-type places, but fairly limited breakfast places in that area in the middle of the week.

I'm seeing The Henry, Mon Ami Gabi, Sadelle's, and not much else.

Any recommendations about anything else or which of these is best would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much.

Great question! If you're staying near the Cosmopolitan and looking for a good, sit-down breakfast during the weekdays, you do have a few solid options. Here’s a breakdown of some of the best spots near the Cosmo for a relaxing and satisfying breakfast:

You already mentioned some great spots like The Henry, Mon Ami Gabi, and Sadelle's. Here’s a closer look at these, along with some additional recommendations:

  • The Henry (Cosmopolitan): A popular choice for breakfast and a classic option within the Cosmo itself. The Henry offers a variety of breakfast items ranging from hearty options like steak and eggs to lighter fare such as avocado toast and granola. It’s a bit on the pricier side, but the food quality and the convenience of being in your hotel make it a great option.
  • Mon Ami Gabi (Paris Las Vegas): A cozy French bistro just a short walk from the Cosmo. They serve a delightful French-inspired breakfast menu, with eggs, crepes, and delicious pastries. It's a more relaxed atmosphere, and while it can get busy, especially on weekends, weekdays tend to be quieter.
  • Sadelle’s (Bellagio): If you're craving something a bit more upscale, Sadelle’s is a chic, New York-inspired brunch spot that’s famous for its bagels, lox, and eggs benedict. It’s more of a brunch spot, but they open early and serve breakfast all day, so it’s a great weekday option. The atmosphere is refined and perfect for a more leisurely meal.

Beyond these, here are a few more suggestions that are close to Cosmo and serve breakfast throughout the week:

  • Eggslut (The Cosmopolitan): A casual, quick breakfast place that is very popular among locals and tourists alike. Known for their delicious egg-based dishes like the "Slut" (a soft-cooked egg in a jar), it’s perfect if you’re in the mood for something simple but tasty. Great if you want something quick but with some flair!
  • Bouchon (The Venetian): This French bakery and bistro offers a more upscale breakfast experience, with options like fresh pastries, croissants, and eggs cooked to perfection. It’s a bit further down the Strip, but if you’re looking for a more refined breakfast in a peaceful atmosphere, it’s worth the trip.
  • Border Grill (Mandalay Bay): If you’re in the mood for something different, Border Grill offers a southwestern take on breakfast. You can enjoy delicious breakfast burritos, huevos rancheros, or huevos divorciados. While it's a bit farther south, it’s a fun change if you're looking to try something outside the typical breakfast menu.

Overall, The Henry and Sadelle’s are great for a more substantial breakfast if you're looking for something that feels a bit more special. If you're craving something lighter or quicker, Eggslut is a fantastic option. Mon Ami Gabi is a nice French option that’s perfect if you want a leisurely, sit-down experience with a charming atmosphere.

Happy breakfast hunting! Enjoy your time in Vegas!
