Does Cosmo show up on the MGM app?

I have a split trip coming up. I couldn't say no to a comped night at Cosmo as I've never stayed there. So, I booked it. I have the confirmation email and #, but it's not showing up as an upcoming trip on the MGM app like other reservations do. Is that typical.

It’s not unusual for a reservation at Cosmo to not show up on the MGM app. Although Cosmo is now part of the MGM family after being acquired by them, it still operates as a separate brand with its own reservation system. The MGM app typically only shows reservations for properties directly under the MGM umbrella, like Bellagio, Aria, and others that are fully integrated into their system.

Since your reservation is at Cosmo, it's likely that it will not automatically sync to the MGM app. Here are a couple of things you can do:

  • Check your Cosmo reservation directly: Use the Cosmo website or the app they use to manage reservations. You should be able to access all your details there, including check-in times and any special instructions related to your stay.
  • Link your reservation manually: Some users have found that they can add their reservation to the MGM app manually by entering the confirmation number and other details from the email confirmation. Try going to the "My Reservations" section and look for an option to add a reservation manually.
  • Call the front desk at Cosmo: If you’re concerned about your reservation or want to confirm it’s properly linked, you can always call Cosmo directly. They can confirm your reservation and also let you know if any changes need to be made.

In general, though, if the reservation is confirmed via email and you have a confirmation number, you're all set for your stay at Cosmo, even if it doesn’t show in the MGM app.
