Post Dinner Bar or Lounge Suggestions

Hello! Any suggestions for a bar or lounge to go to after dinner next Wednesday, February 19. My husband and I are going to an early dinner with friends at Prime at the Bellagio. Our friends are then going to a show at 7, but my husband and I opted out. In a perfect world, we would find a bar where we could grab a drink or two and enjoy some live music. After doing some very preliminary, non-thorough research, I found a couple bars that sounded neat, most places any live music would not start until 9 PM. Any places that you are aware of that would have music starting as early as 7 pm?

We are OK with someplace dressy or casual, although we might be slightly on the dressier side for dinner. Pretty open to a lot of music genres, however jazz would be ideal. Also not opposed to suggestions that do not include live music, but just have a neat atmosphere or people watching. Bonus points if it is relatively close to the Bellagio, although at this point I realize I’m probably asking for something that might not exist! :)
