Flamingo hotel email help

Hi all left a review couple weeks ago regarding bad experience at this so called hotel and re ya reply from Ryan Bennett whoever he is to contact hotel by phone which I can’t do due to not having international calls so can someone please help with a direct email for him or anyone at hotel ‘I’ve tried ceasers numerous time but they are either unable to read or just dam right rude like staff in flamingo much appreciated for any contact details.

It’s unfortunate to hear about your negative experience at the Flamingo Hotel and the difficulty you've encountered in reaching them. While I can't provide you with direct personal email addresses of staff, I can suggest a few avenues to contact the hotel more effectively.

If you've already tried Caesars Entertainment's customer service with limited success, here are a few other options to consider:

  • Contacting the Flamingo Hotel’s general email: While specific staff email addresses are generally not publicly available, you can try reaching out to the Flamingo’s general guest services or customer support at guestservices@caesars.com. This email is used by many Caesars properties, including the Flamingo.
  • Flamingo Hotel’s general inquiry email: You can also reach out to flamingoinfo@caesars.com, which is another option for general inquiries. Be sure to mention your previous review and the response you received from Ryan Bennett to help streamline your communication.
  • Customer Service through social media: If email contact isn’t providing results, you may want to try reaching out to Caesars Entertainment or Flamingo Las Vegas via their social media accounts. They are often responsive to public-facing messages on platforms like Twitter and Facebook. You can send a direct message or post a polite query.
  • Caesars Entertainment General Support: You might want to also try contacting Caesars Entertainment customer service directly at 1-800-CAESARS (1-800-223-7277), where you can explain your situation. Even though you can't make international calls, if you have access to a VoIP service or can connect via a free calling service like Skype, this might be another way to get in touch.

As for Ryan Bennett, while I can't verify his position specifically, it seems like he might be part of the customer relations team. If he works with guest complaints, he should be able to forward your concerns to the right department. If you don’t hear back, you may want to follow up to ensure your issue is being escalated properly.

Hopefully, one of these options will help you get in touch with the right person at the hotel. Good luck with resolving your concerns!
