We are in the initial stages of planning our trip to Princeville. Last year, after decades of staying in Poipu, we stayed in Princeville for the first time. We loved it! We stayed at the Pali Ke Kua and loved the condo and the view but felt we really needed air conditioning. In looking at the units at Hanalei Bay Resort they seem To fit the bill perfectly. The only thing I’m concerned a bout is I’ve read many reviews stating that parking is an issue! I don’t really want to worry every time we leave the complex that we won’t be able to find a parking space upon our return. For those of you who’ve stayed there, is this a valid concern? Thank you!
Hanalei Bay Resort in Princeville is a popular choice for visitors who want beautiful views and comfortable condo-style accommodations, especially with air conditioning, which is not always available in some of the older properties in the area.
Regarding parking, this can be a valid concern depending on the unit you rent and the time of year you visit. The resort offers on-site parking, but spaces are somewhat limited relative to the number of units. Many guests report that during peak seasons, finding a convenient parking spot can occasionally be challenging, particularly if you return to the resort later in the evening.
Other considerations:
In summary, while parking at Hanalei Bay Resort can be an issue during busy times, careful planning, unit selection, and timing of your visit can largely mitigate this concern. Many guests find the beautiful location and comfortable units well worth managing this minor inconvenience.
