Question

The first step is the neighborhood, walking is not a problem. Cannot decide between The Loop, River North and Magnificent Mile. Price up to $350. I know there are hundreds of hotels but I think choosing the neighborhood will narrow it down. Thank you if you can say a couple of words characterizing these areas
