Hyatt Orlando International MCO pickup hotel lobby
I am picking up guests staying at the Hyatt Airport and we are spending the day. When I pick up, I don't want to have to pick up at airport arrival and departure. Where exactly is the pick up for a Hyatt guest already checked in, from the hotel lobby? THANKS. Would I just follow signs for Valet? Check-in? I am picking up in my car.
At the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, picking up guests who are already checked in is straightforward, but it helps to know the layout. The hotel is directly connected to the airport via a covered walkway, and there are clear signs for arrivals, valet, and hotel entrance.
Pick-Up Procedure
- The main entrance to the hotel lobby is where guests typically arrive and depart. If you are picking someone up in your car, you can drive to the front driveway, which is located directly in front of the main hotel entrance.
- Follow signs for Hotel Valet / Main Entrance. Even if you do not plan to valet park, this area is the designated drop-off and pick-up zone for hotel guests.
- Once in the front driveway, you can safely stop for a quick pick-up. Guests can exit through the main lobby doors and meet you at the car. This avoids having to go to airport terminals, which is exactly what you want.
Tips for a Smooth Pick-Up
- If the hotel is busy, pulling up to the curb by the entrance and using the valet lane for a quick stop is common practice; valets can assist if needed.
- Do not park in the main valet or fire lane for extended periods—just a short wait to collect your guests is fine.
- If you are unsure, call the hotel front desk in advance. They can provide guidance and ensure you pick up at the safest and most convenient spot in the lobby area.
In summary, follow the signs for the main hotel entrance and valet, stop briefly at the front driveway or curbside in front of the lobby, and your guests can meet you there for a quick and convenient pick-up without needing to access the airport terminals.
