Universal Jan park hours

Hi! I’m going to universal (staying on site in January). Hours are not available yet. 2 questions-

1. How far out do they usually post hours?

2. It appears there is no early admission to universal studios park for the hours that are posted for now. Does this particular park not have early entry?
