Often, we work from nine to five, leaving us no time for reflection. Our initial dreams and initial perseverance fade under the brunt of life. Finding an opportunity, not far or long, but simply walking, gazing at the stone steps and mountain paths you've walked, will reward you with a reward—that's harvest! Not only are the breathtaking scenery but also the most authentic local customs are often hidden deep in the mountains, inaccessible only by foot. Nature's unpredictable elements can constantly present challenges to hiking, including changing weather and varying natural environments. Furthermore, hikers face challenges to their physical strength, perseverance, and ingenuity. The greater the challenge, the greater the joy of a successful trek, and the greater the rewards for both individuals and teams (perseverance in pursuing their ideals, team cohesion, and so on). This is why we trek!
