The Xiaoqikong Bridge in Libo, Guizhou is an ancient bridge with a story. Legend has it that a couple who were in love and wanted to elope but were prevented from doing so fled to this place with nowhere to go. When they were about to jump into the river to commit suicide, seven fairies in the sky were moved by their true love and transformed themselves into this seven-hole bridge to protect the couple so that they could live together forever as they wished.
Perhaps because of the protection of fairies, this place is as beautiful as a place where emerald water flows. When the breeze blows, the ripples on the lake surface make people dazed.
Besides the tranquil Seven-Arch Ancient Bridge, Libo's Xiaoqikong Bridge boasts a variety of spectacular waterfalls. Jadeite transforms into delicate silver chains beside the waterfalls, cascading down with wisps of green smoke.
