Has everyone watched Lost in Russia?

At the last minute, all Spring Festival films were pulled from the schedule. I thought I'd miss any new releases this year, but unexpectedly, Xu Zheng's "Lost in Russia" is still streaming online on Lunar New Year's Day! And it's free!
This operation is so cool.

Although the movie ultimately did not receive a high rating on Douban, this heartwarming and funny movie did bring some warmth and relaxation to those of us who were in the "gloom".
During this period, I have been dealing with the withdrawal and refund issues caused by the epidemic. I should have watched the movie on the first day of the new year, but I finally watched it today!
The sharp-eyed You Xiaojun immediately noticed the filming location of the movie, which is a beautiful "mobile" place - the train.

This is a movie about trains, which depicts a series of embarrassing adventures on trains.
This train is the K3 train from Beijing to Moscow that we have introduced before.

△ Beautiful scenery along the way
There are many international trains, so why did Director Xu Zheng choose K3? Don't underestimate this green train, it has a very complicated origin.
The K3 train has a history of over 60 years since it was put into operation in 1959. It is said that when the People's Republic of China was founded, officials went to the Soviet Union to study on this train.

It passes through the Fengsha Railway, Beijing-Baotou Railway, Ji'er Railway, Mongolian Trans-Siberian Railway and China, Mongolia and Russia.
Along the way, you'll see forests, grasslands, lakes, rivers, cattle and horses, yurts, colorful villages, and stunning sunsets...

The locomotive will be changed every time it arrives in a country, and there will be various locomotive Easter eggs at the train stations along the way.

Every time the train arrives at a country, a dining car with the characteristics of that country will be added, so you can enjoy the cuisine of the three countries without leaving the car.

△ Mongolian food truck
The Russian dining car was the most cost-effective on the entire trip. The food tasted very good, the price was relatively acceptable, and the most important thing was that the portions were very generous.
Recommended Xinmeide Caviar Sandwich, adhering to the fighting nation's consistent cheerful style.

△ Russian dining car
You've seen cars being attached and locomotives being swapped, but have you ever seen a train being lifted up and its wheels replaced? The K3 train undergoes track-changing operations at the border station in Erenhot, and you can observe them up close – it's quite unique.

There are many bends along the train route, with the winding train as the foreground and the beautiful scenery along the way as the background. Every picture is a railway masterpiece.
Even if you are shooting the interior of the car, with the beautiful scenery passing by outside the window as the background, it will still be a very wonderful picture.

The Lake Baikal section is the most anticipated scenery of the trip. The train will run along Lake Baikal for nearly 4 hours, which is equivalent to saving the money for the lake train!

When the weather is fine, the lake water is as blue as the sea, and coupled with the houses on the lakeside, it is incredibly beautiful!

Sometimes the train would come very close to the lake, where the water was so clear that you could see the faint pebbles at the bottom.

There will be locals kayaking by the lake, and some people will be fishing quietly.

On the train, you'll pass the Eurasian border marker, officially crossing from Asia to Europe. After passing Yekaterinburg, around kilometer marker 1779, the border marker is not far away.

It’s a kilometer sign like this, with numbers from big to small, in reverse. When it reaches 1800, be ready to press the shutter!
After passing the boundary marker, the train journey is coming to an end. At 13:58 in the afternoon, this 6-day, 5-night train journey ends, and you will begin your adventure in Moscow.

Russia is a country with a rich and colorful culture and history, which has nurtured numerous writers, poets, artists, sculptors, thinkers and revolutionaries.
Almost every one of them has its own museum or monument, as well as theaters, music academies, exhibition halls, art galleries and the famous Royal Academy of Arts.

St. Basil's Cathedral, which appears in the Lost in Russia poster, is a landmark building in Russia. It is located at the southern end of Red Square in the center of Moscow, the capital of Russia, close to the Kremlin.
St. Basil's Cathedral is a Russian Orthodox church that displays the 16th-century Russian folk architectural style.

This is the most beautiful church in Russia, made up of many onion-shaped and colorful onions. It is very beautiful all year round, but winter is definitely the most magical and charming season!

The Kremlin is located in the heart of Moscow. It is a whole group of buildings and has been listed as a World Cultural Heritage.
It is a symbol of the Russian state and one of the largest architectural complexes in the world.

The dusk in Moscow is always filled with tenderness. At dusk, take a Moscow cruise and follow the flow of the Moscow River across the city, admiring the scenery of the ancient capital along the way.

Food is always an integral part of travel, and when visiting Russia, it's essential to sample the local specialties. I highly recommend White Rabbit, the 15th-ranked Michelin-starred restaurant in the world. Its chef blends traditional Russian cuisine with ultra-modern culinary trends, ensuring even the most discerning eaters find fault.
The restaurant has three floors and features a domed panoramic glass skylight, offering a breathtaking 360-degree unobstructed view of Moscow.

St. Petersburg is an exquisite postcard sent to old Europe. When you come here, the Winter Palace and the Summer Palace are must-sees.

The Winter Palace is one of the four largest museums in the world. It was originally the private museum of Queen Catherine II. It was destroyed twice and later rebuilt and restored.

If you just take a quick look, you will only see a limited vision.
You can invite professional tour guides to give you in-depth explanations of the major exhibits in the Winter Palace, allowing you to experience the stories behind every door, every painting, and every sculpture.

The Summer Palace is a royal garden famous for its fountains. With fountains scattered throughout the garden and an extremely symmetrical design, people with obsessive-compulsive disorder will definitely be cured here.
This palace, with its fresh and clean exterior, blends in with the blue sky and white clouds, fitting perfectly into the sky; its interior is glittering and luxurious, symbolizing the golden color of the Tsarist Empress, which is amazing.

The trailer also features the Bolshoi Theatre, also known as the Bolshoi Theatre. Founded in 1776, it is Russia's oldest theatre.

This milky white classical building has eight ancient Greek Ionic columns in front of it, each 15 meters high. The porch is decorated with four horses and the chariot of the sun god Apollo. It is one of the symbols of Moscow.
Ballet originated in Italy but reached its peak in Russia. The exquisite Russian nymphs and the passionate and explosive art of pointe are must-see classics in Russia.
It is recommended to go to the Mariinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg, which is one of the best ballet companies in Russia (and the world). Their tickets are always sold out during their tours abroad and their performances in the local area are also sold out.

This time, we, China-TravelNote, have also launched a special in-depth humanities guide, the "World Humanities Atlas", an 8-day in-depth art tour of Russia, which will take you to understand the tenderness deep in the soul of the fighting nation.
When the epidemic is over, let's meet again in beautiful Russia🇷🇺
