Nestled between mountains and water, with gurgling streams, it offers stunning scenery. It's now a popular online attraction and a must-see for travelers visiting the Nanxi River.
Lingshangrenjia is an ancient village with a history of more than 400 years. As early as the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, people have lived and multiplied here. Today, the buildings here are well preserved and it is a typical Ming Dynasty pastoral-style ancient village.
After walking across the 30-meter-long iron chain bridge, you will enter the village. Looking at the quaint houses in front of you, you will feel like you have traveled back to the Ming Dynasty. It is really hard to imagine that there is such an ancient village hidden here, which is like the Miao village in Guizhou.
In addition to the characteristics of the ancient village, the people on the ridge have another unique specialty, which is the "roasted whole lamb" here. I believe many tourists come here for the roasted whole lamb!
The roasted whole lamb of Lingshang people has a strong local flavor. The lamb is from local goats. The carefully roasted lamb is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, oily but not greasy, and can be said to be full of color, aroma and taste.
