It has become increasingly difficult to get up early recently. You Xiaoxia struggles with the quilt every day when he gets up. When he thinks of the biting cold wind on the way to work, he really looks forward to the spring when everything revives and flowers bloom.
I looked at the calendar today and saw that there is only half a month left until the beginning of spring (February 4th). As expected, winter in the south is over in a short time. Spring is coming soon. Is it time to plan the first flower viewing in 2022?

You Xiaoxia has found a great spot for cherry blossom viewing. From January every year, the flower buds begin to bloom one after another.

When it comes to cherry blossoms, most people's first reaction may be Japan. After all, cherry blossoms are the national flower of Japan. If you think about it more recently, the cherry blossoms at Wuhan University must be on the list.

But the place I want to talk about today is neither Japan nor Wuhan. Here, you can find high mountain tea grown on soy milk and azaleas in all colors. But the most beautiful thing about this place is that it is known as "China's most beautiful cherry blossom destination."

It has been awarded the "Best Photography Destination" and even appeared on the cover of "National Geographic China" magazine.

It is 755 meters above sea level and is the southernmost alpine basin in Fujian Province. It enjoys the reputation of "Alpine Garden" and "Little Lushan".

This is the Yongfu Cherry Blossom Garden, which is known as "the most beautiful sea of cherry blossoms in China".

The Cherry Blossom Garden is located in Yongfu Town, Zhangping District, Longyan City, Fujian Province, at an average altitude of 780 meters. Because its mountain climate is similar to that of Alishan, Taiwan's famous tea-producing region and tourist attraction, it is also known as the "Alishan of the Mainland."

Wuhan University's cherry blossoms are very famous, but in fact there are only more than 10 varieties of cherry blossoms in Wuhan University. Even Okinawa Island, which has the largest number of cherry blossoms in Japan, currently only has about 20,000 cherry trees planted.

The Yongfu Cherry Blossom Garden has more than 100,000 cherry trees of 42 varieties, and its number of cherry blossoms is "the largest among cherry blossom gardens in China."
The cherry blossoms in my country's more famous cherry blossom gardens either bloom in November or December, or after March. Compared with other regions, Yongfu's cherry blossoms have a great advantage in flowering period.

The cherry blossoms here have a long flowering period and a wide variety of varieties. There are 42 varieties of cherry blossoms, including Chinese red, Hikan cherry, Yunnan cherry, Somei Yoshino cherry, Peony cherry, and Fujian mountain cherry. They begin to bloom in succession from January to March.
This is also the largest high-mountain oolong tea production base in China. Hidden within this sea of green tea is a cherry blossom garden, where tea fields interspersed with cherry blossoms create a striking contrast. Where else can you find such a unique and picturesque scene, where can you find the charming cherry blossoms and the fragrant tea blossoms that fill the mountains?

Strolling through the park, you'll be amazed by the tea-green, cherry-red colors and misty clouds. Whether you're traveling alone or with friends, you'll find something different to enjoy here.

In addition to the beautiful scenery, there is also the popular cherry blossom train that is 1,000 meters long and runs through the tea mountains.

Hold the ticket, stand on the platform, and take your child on a pink train.

Then sit by the window, enjoy the beauty of cherry blossoms, walk through the sea of flowers, or greet a cherry blossom rain. Just thinking about it is romantic.
Now that you've arrived at a cherry blossom destination, why not just enjoy the blossoms? You Xiaoxia has prepared three unique cherry blossom and scenic tours for you, including a stroll through the ancient city, admiring earthen buildings, and enjoying the ocean breeze!
The Hekeng Tulou Group is a masterpiece of southern Fujian Tulou, including 6 square Tulou such as Chaoshui Tower, Yangzhao Tower, Yongsheng Tower, 6 round Tulou such as Yuchang Tower, Chungui Tower, Dongsheng Tower, and the pentagonal Nanxun Tower, totaling 13 Tulou.

Among them, the oldest Chaoshui Tower was built in 1549. It has weathered the ravages of time over the centuries and silently tells the story of the traditional architectural style of the Chinese nation.

Hekeng Tulou has also been listed as a World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO.

Walking in the mountains of the village, you can see old ladies washing vegetables and chatting in front of their houses, and local chickens and ducks leisurely walking in the yard.

Sit casually at the door of a restaurant and feel the quiet and poetic atmosphere of life. It would be even more perfect with a cup of coffee.
Changting is located in the mountainous area of western Fujian, on the southern foot of Wuyi Mountain. It has distinct four seasons and beautiful scenery.

The ancient city of Changting is located on the mountain and faces the river, with magnificent city walls. Those who like to visit ancient cities should not miss it.

Although the town is small, it has many historical sites, including ancient city walls, city gate towers, ancient streets, ancient buildings... The rich atmosphere of fireworks makes people yearn for it.

Dingwuling, located in Changting County (Tingzhou), Fujian Province, is a primitive Hakka village with no mosquitoes and no cement.

The village is surrounded by high mountains and dense forests, with fresh air, winding paths and picturesque scenery. It still retains its original village form.

Yellow mud walls, black-grey tiles, wooden houses, and stone steps can be seen everywhere. The rough and heavy stone gates, the natural and unique old stone slabs, the open-style old ancestral halls, and the old wells from the Qianlong period are all full of historical and cultural heritage.

You Xiaoxia feels that Changting is obviously not the kind of tourist attraction that will catch people's eyes. Don't expect the beauty of Changting to jump into your field of vision by itself. The beauty of Changting is concentrated in every inconspicuous corner.

The volcanic island preserves a complete collection of coastal volcanic geological relics, known as the "Terracotta Warriors of the Sea." The sea here is as azure as the Pacific Ocean, and if the sun is out, any photo you take will be a blockbuster.

Liu'ao's iconic attraction, the Abstract Gallery, consists of Peacock Valley, weathered rocks, windmill arrays, and beaches. It is a favorite spot for photography enthusiasts.

In particular, the natural corridor composed of weathered rocks is a rare thousand-year-old wonder on the domestic coast.

The Ambassador's Bay Beach in Liu'ao Emerald Bay lies like a crescent moon on the coast of the East China Sea.

Home to free-flying seagulls and swimming fish, it's known as the "Florida Coast of China." Enjoy the ocean, play in the waves, and dig for crabs. We'll visit a beachside food stall to enjoy local cuisine before spending the night at a mysterious RV campsite.

Dongshan Island is the second largest island in Fujian. Because the island is shaped like a butterfly, it is also called Butterfly Island.

The Fishbone Sandbar, which has become popular due to aerial photography in recent years, sinks into the sea with the tide and floats to the surface with the ebb tide. You can also pick up many beautiful shells here.

If there's a place you absolutely must visit, I believe Jinluan Bay is one of them. The scenery is comparable to Bolivia's "Sky Mirror," and strolling along the beach, where the sea and sky merge into one, is truly captivating.

In the evening, we arrived at Nanmen Bay, the filming location of "Left Ear." Every corner here is a unique landscape: colorful houses, long embankments, a long beach, ancient cobblestone roads, and lazy cats wandering in the alleys.

Then we strolled along Ding Street, an ancient street from the Ming and Qing Dynasties by the sea. The stories behind the ancient buildings with southern Fujian style scattered among them are worth pondering and exploring.

Hua'an Tulou has the largest single double-ring circular Tulou - Eryilou, which is known as the "Museum of Murals in Southern China".

The descendants of the Tulou have unlocked ways of playing that only the locals knew for everyone to appreciate the ingenuity of this huge building. It is said that there are also portraits of half-naked Western women, Western clocks, and the New York Times from the 1930s in the building.

If you don’t know where to go during the Spring Festival holiday, why not come to Fujian, go to Yongfu to see the cherry blossoms, stay in a Tulou, and feel the spring in advance during the warm winter in southern Fujian.
