Depart from Hangzhou

01. Tonglu Peach Blossom Valley

In March and April, I passed by a village in Tonglu, which was located in a peach blossom forest. Men, women, young and old all had peach blossoms on their faces and looked contented. There was no doubt that I had arrived at the Tonglu Peach Blossom Valley.

From March to April every year, the peach blossoms, rape blossoms and cherry blossoms in Tonglu Peach Blossom Valley are in full bloom. The flowers are in full bloom all over the mountains, which is very eye-catching.

The village gets its name from the saying, "Open your window and gaze upon three thousand acres." Strolling through the fields, you'll be greeted by a spectacular display of red peach blossoms and yellow rapeseed flowers. Take photos in the peach blossom forest or climb to the observation deck for a panoramic view of Peach Blossom Valley.

02. Fuyang Peach Blossoms

"There is a peach blossom temple in Taohuawu, and there is a peach blossom fairy under the temple."

In Fuyang's Banshan Taohuawu, you can enjoy the flowers, pick strawberries, dig bamboo shoots, fly kites, and even play with the fun little windmills. All the beautiful keywords of spring are here!

In Taohuawu halfway up the mountain, rape flowers, peach flowers and pear flowers are in full bloom, and the entire valley is colorful and pleasing to the eye.

Every ten miles you walk, you can enjoy different scenery. You can walk among the flowers, go into the mountains to dig spring bamboo shoots, pick wild vegetables, catch native chickens, and pick eggs. There is a lot of fun and happiness in farming!

03. Rotating Rock + Yuandong Peach Blossom

In March and April, large areas of wild redbuds are in full bloom at Zhuanlun Rock. A 15-kilometer hike to Yuandong Taohuawu is a wonderful flower-filled route highly recommended by the product manager.

The spring scenery is not to be missed, this trip has great scenery, the ten miles of peach blossoms in Yuandong, the fragrance of fruits spreads for thousands of miles, there are more than 1,000 acres of peach forests here, the peach blossoms are in full bloom, how spectacular it is!

Hiking up the ancient trail, the ten-mile-long redbud blossoms are a feast for the eyes! A poet once sang the lines, "This scene I can only find in dreams, the words of red Bauhinia."

04. Fenghua Peach Blossom Feast

In mid-March, Fenghua's peach blossoms enter their peak blooming period. Fenghua's No. 1 Peach Garden is located in Linjia Village, Fenghua City, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province.

This is an ancient village with a beautiful environment and rich cultural atmosphere. The villagers made their fortune by growing peach trees. After years of hard work, they merged the peach orchards of three villages, creating a vast grove of over 5,000 mu (approximately 1,000 mu) of peach trees, which are both ornamental and provide a prosperous life for the local villagers.

The peach orchard is a treasure for local villagers and a true beauty for flower lovers! The Tongshan Ancient Trail is well-maintained, climbing gently along wide steps, with rest pavilions along the way.

Peach blossoms all over the mountains are competing with each other for beauty like intoxicating crimson clouds. They spread endlessly from one end of the mountain to the distance, like a pink carpet spread on the ground.

Depart from Guangzhou

05. Spring Flower Event: Shangping Peach Blossoms

Located in Zhongcun Village, Shangping Town, Lianping County, next to National Highway 105, and relying on the Jiulian Mountain 10,000-acre peach base, there is a niche "Peach Blossom Secret Realm".

Every February and March, when peach blossoms are in full bloom, the trees on "Peach Blossom Mountain" are dyed rouge and the branches are hung with red clouds. This is the largest hawk-billed peach orchard in South China, so the peach blossoms here are different from those elsewhere.

When we come here, we can enjoy the tranquil rural scenery and feel the artistic conception of "paradise on earth" described by Tao Yuanming. We can also buy the villagers' own peach gum, honey and other local specialties to take home.

06. Jiufeng Spring Photography

From the end of February to mid-to-late March every year, peach blossoms, plum blossoms, and rape blossoms bloom in Jiufeng Town, Lechang City, creating a flourishing scene. The town has a pleasant climate and is known as the "paradise" of northern Guangdong.

The Jiufeng flower sea is spread across various villages. There are also many adobe houses in the village, which are full of pastoral atmosphere. The rich colors and photographic elements are very rare.

Spring in the north is fleeting, so we try to capture its beauty with our cameras, go on a flower-hunting trip, follow the footsteps of spring, and explore the spring scenery in the suburbs of Beijing.

Yanqing Changchi Road is undoubtedly the "most beautiful road in spring!" Stretching mountain peach and apricot blossoms, like spring bamboo shoots, cover the mountains. 09. Spring Flowers · Taihang Secret Realm

Pingshun County, Shanxi Province, located on the northern edge of the Southern Taihang Mountains, boasts abundant tourism resources, yet its location deep in the mountains makes it lesser-known. With numerous hiking trails, it's a rare outdoor destination in northern China.

This crossing route starts from the small village of Jingdi in Shanxi, passes through Tianji Mountain, known as the "Spine of the Sky", and ends at the mysterious paradise of Taohua Valley Scenic Area in the famous Linzhou Taihang Grand Canyon.

The reason why it is mysterious is that there are the Peach Blossom Cave where peach blossoms bloom in the coldest days of winter, the Bingbingbei where water freezes in the hottest days of summer, the 346-meter high waterfall in northern Henan, and the Feilong Gorge where the pool and waterfall are connected!

The peach blossoms here are hanging on the branches, decorating the spring with light pink, embellishing the fleeting years, and continuing the rebirth of spring buds.

10. Spring Flower Event: Pinggu Peach Blossom Festival

Pinggu District in Beijing is renowned for its giant peaches and is the largest fruit-producing region in China. Every April, the Peach Blossom Festival is held here, a high-end, large-scale, and richly-organized tourism event.

"Peach trees are planted all over the house, and they grow several feet high when the east wind blows; the branches are wilted and the flowers are in full bloom, and the pavilions are covered with thousands of pieces of beautiful brocade." The strong spirit of spring is just like the splendid peach blossoms. China-TravelNote will organize different flower-viewing routes according to the blooming period of peach blossoms each year.

We have arranged a simple and relaxing way to play, where you can stroll in the mountain village fields and take photos in the peach blossom forest, giving you a visual feast in this late spring!

11. Spring Flowers in Changyu City

Changyu City, with a history of five or six hundred years, is an important pass near the ancient Great Wall. It now has relatively complete city walls, urn cities and temples.

Changyucheng, situated over 800 meters above sea level, boasts lush vegetation and fresh air, earning it the nickname "Little Tibet" outside Beijing. Walking along the plank path, you can hear the mountain breeze rustling the flowers and plants, while the emerald green reservoir looms before your eyes.

Looking back, the distant mountains are stacked layer upon layer and sit firmly in the clouds. Every spring, pink peach blossoms bloom all over the mountains, adding a warm color to this ancient pass.

This season is also the best time for hiking. You can go up the mountain to see the distant view, enjoy the flowers, and appreciate the city. After coming down the mountain, you can enjoy a delicious special pig's trotter banquet. Isn't it wonderful!

Depart from Chengdu

12. Spring Flowers: Jianyang Peach Blossom Mountain

Tucked away a 1.5-hour drive from Chengdu lies a hidden gem: Peach Blossom Mountain in Guojiaci Village. Every March, peach blossoms bloom across the mountain, and a gentle breeze carries the delicate fragrance of the flowers, creating a serene paradise straight out of a fantasy drama.

“A sail from Wufeng Creek is loaded with half of Chengdu’s salt; an oar from Wufeng Creek is loaded with half of Chengdu’s sugar.” As an old wharf, Wufeng Creek is an important trade route connecting Chengdu and Chongqing. The local climate and soil give rise to local delicacies. With the exchanges between the south and the north, the catering industry has flourished unprecedentedly, and Tuojiang silver carp is a must-try!
