What is the New Product Intelligence Bureau?

We mobilized over 100 product planners and worked with over 20 China-TravelNote branches around the world to conduct dozens of discussions and research on the latest new product routes. Using an almost stringent elimination mechanism (the pass rate for new products is only 2%), we screened the new product routes that we believe are most worth visiting and put them into the [New Product Intelligence Bureau] of the China-TravelNote app!

Why launch the New Product Intelligence Bureau?

When our tour leader was leading the group, he chatted with everyone. Some tourists would ask, "There's this popular XX place on the Internet, do you have a route?" Some tourists would recommend lesser-known attractions in their hometowns and would like us to help design convenient and fun routes.

After posting a tweet every day, when I open the comment section, I often see tourists asking: "When will you release new products?", "I've traveled most of these routes, do you have any new ones?"...

Well, actually we have been launching new products one after another, but we didn’t create a dedicated channel before, making it difficult for tourists to find new products.

Therefore, we launched the new product Intelligence Bureau in China-TravelNoteapp, first of all to respond to the call of tourists, so that everyone can more conveniently and in one step discover new routes~

Then, as everyone knows, our product managers are all travel experts who want to play, love to play, and know how to play.

In daily travel, photography, reading and learning, product managers always say, "Hey, I have an idea." Then, after many brainstorming sessions, on-site visits, communication with local contacts, and continuous polishing of details, they launch new product lines.

The new circuit that the product manager worked so hard on before may only be a flash in the pan in our massive circuit library and then sink to the bottom and no one will care about it.

So, to solve these difficult problems, the "New Product Intelligence Bureau" came into being! Since tourists are interested and product managers are also interested, how can this not be a two-way race?

After launching the New Product Intelligence Bureau, I interviewed various product managers and meticulously selected the following exciting new product itineraries. There are both long-term and short-term itineraries, covering leisure, outdoor activities, cultural activities, photography, and other themed tours. Please give me a thumbs up and sign up!

New Product Intelligence Bureau·Long-term In-depth Tour

From the vast deserts of Ningxia to the magnificent mountains and rivers of Xinjiang; from the Chinese civilization of the Central Plains to the cultural customs of Lingnan; from the ancient Ryukyu ruins of Japan to the Renaissance of Italy... Our new products have traveled across half the world, just to make tourists have more fun and enjoy themselves!

1. Jiangnan on the Great Wall · Magical Ningxia

Ningxia, with an area of only 66,400 square kilometers, integrates the Helan Mountains, the Yellow River, grasslands, deserts, and lakes, and can be called "China's ecological miniature bonsai."

Knowing that it is not easy for tourists to ask their bosses for leave to travel, when designing this route, we connected the scenic spots in Ningxia and Inner Mongolia, striving to let everyone see diverse beauty: "Desert Thousand Island Lake" Wuhai Lake, Shapotou, Yellow River Grand Canyon... We also arranged desert camping, and count the stars together at night.

The itinerary not only features natural scenery but also cultural history. Having watched the two documentaries, "Mysterious Western Xia" and "Secrets of the Western Xia Tombs," the product manager decided to include the Western Xia Tombs as the grand finale, allowing you to wander among the magnificent architecture and artistic treasures, leaving behind beautiful memories.

During our itinerary, we learned that Wuzhong also has a morning tea culture, so we quickly added it to the itinerary, allowing you to start the day the way the locals do and savor the gentleness hidden beneath the rugged appearance of the Northwest.

2. Traveling by car: Beautiful Qinghai

The Kunlun Mountains run through the center of Qinghai, the Tanggula Mountains dominate the south, and the Qilian Mountains tower over the north. These towering peaks have nurtured shimmering lakes and vast grasslands, giving rise to the magnificent beauty of Qinghai.

The Creator overturned the palette here: there is the blue Qinghai Lake, China's largest saltwater lake; the white Chaka Salt Lake, known as the "Sky Realm"; the green Emerald Lake; the yellow Yadan Gobi Desert; the black Heidu Mountain; the mysterious red Red River Valley; and the "Devil's Eye" Aiken Spring...

Different from the common Gansu-Qinghai Grand Loop Line on the market, we focused on the Qinghai section when designing the route, allowing you to enjoy the colorful Qinghai.

We've arranged flexible, small vehicles for groups of 4-7, ensuring maximum comfort. Our drivers are knowledgeable in photography and photo editing, equipped with over 35,000 cameras and drones, ensuring you capture stunning photos throughout the trip. At the end of the trip, each tourist will receive 10 carefully edited photos!

As for accommodation, we will upgrade to a 4-diamond hotel for 3 nights if conditions permit, so that everyone can stay comfortably and have fun~

3. Yeshebang Recruitment and Flying over the Northern Frontier

There is no need to say much about the beauty of Xinjiang, but Xinjiang is too big. The most frustrating thing for some tourists when traveling to Xinjiang is the long drive, which is not friendly to people who are prone to motion sickness.

Kurdnin Camp

Therefore, we have communicated and coordinated with local guides and suppliers many times and launched this route, which completely upgrades the direct private jet flight experience and takes you efficiently across the magnificent mountains and rivers of Xinjiang!

Kurdnin Camp

I calculated the time on my watch and found that the direct flight from Kanas to Sayram Lake only takes 1 hour and 45 minutes, saving 10 hours of driving time! I was so excited!

The Pilatus PC-12 private jet is limited to 6 exclusive seats per flight, ensuring privacy and comfort.

Rediscover Xinjiang from an aerial perspective, traveling between two mountain ranges to save time and effort, leaving more time for in-depth exploration. From a low altitude, you'll take in the breathtaking scenery from the Altai Mountains to the Tianshan Mountains, taking in snow-capped mountains, forests, and grasslands, and experience the vastness and awe of Xinjiang.

4. Retracing Lianglin Road: Between Heaven and Earth

The "banks of Heluo River" are the cradle of Chinese civilization, "home to China" is the dream capital of emperors, and "the center of heaven and earth" is the center of heaven and earth in the hearts of countless ancient people. Henan, truly "center"!

Our product team traveled thousands of kilometers, visited 54 ancient ruins in Henan, shot more than 4,800 photos of the route, and gradually carved out this new product route in the "Retracing Lianglin Road" series.

From the ruins of the Xia and Shang dynasties to the Han Dynasty towers and Tang Dynasty pagodas, from the Northern Wei Dynasty grottoes to the Song Dynasty stone carvings, this trip will allow you to experience the most "Chinese" Chinese culture.

Specially invited expert teachers will explain the whole process. The teacher will transform those obscure terms into easy-to-understand cultural knowledge, so even beginners can gain a lot.

The trip is confirmed on June 14th, and the first group will get a special discount of 300!

5. Retracing Lianglin Road: Jizhou Aesthetics

The Hebei chapter of the Lianglin Road Retracing Tour, which many tourists have been calling for, is now online!

In 1933, Liang Sicheng and Lin Huiyin came to Hebei following a folk song: "Cangzhou Lion, Dingzhou Tower, Zhengding Bodhisattva, Zhaozhou Bridge"; in 2025, because "it's so close, so beautiful, go to Hebei on the weekend", we came to Hebei to explore the aesthetics of Jizhou.

The "most beautiful reclining Guanyin" in Longxing Temple, the thousand-year-old Zhaozhou Bridge, the exquisite statues in the Xiangtangshan Grottoes, and the world-class colored sculptures, pagodas, murals, stone pagodas, and temples...

It would be a shame to just rush through these aesthetics that hide the genes of Chinese civilization. Instead, you can keep up with our humanities explanations and uncover the historical origins and the beauty of civilization together!

Just a quick note: the first group for this new tour is already fully booked even before any promotion, which really shows how valuable it is! Tourists interested in signing up can check out more batches for this tour.

6. Secret Places in Eastern Tibet

You should visit Tibet at least three times. The first time, pledge your soul to the stars of Mount Kailash; the second time, plant your pupils in the mist of Medog; and the last time, give your heartbeat to eastern Tibet - this place is rarely visited by people and can be called a private reserve of God.

Years of mountaineering and hiking experience have made the Tibetan product manager more interested in exploring niche treasure troves, and he has always wanted to find his own "Negative No. 25".

After the product manager arrived in eastern Tibet, all his travel fantasies were fulfilled. He carried his backpack and headphones, strolling slowly beside the snow-capped mountains and holy lakes. In that moment, all his minor worries faded away. Though his body felt slightly tired, his heart was filled with joy and ease.

Thus, the "Secret Land of Eastern Tibet" route was born. After repeated exploration, the product manager created a route that included the Bunang Valley, Yiga Glacier, and Sapu Sacred Mountain, traversing a variety of terrains including snow-capped mountains, glaciers, sacred lakes, and grasslands.

Sapu Sacred Mountain

A seven-day hike through eastern Tibet completes half of the epic Tibetan story. Let's encounter the sharp edges of the mountains as prayer flags flutter, and hear the power of time as the blue ice melts.

7. Searching for the Shu Road

The Ancient Shu Road is the world's oldest and longest-used official post road. Every stone here bears a legend: Zhuge Liang's footsteps as he swung his feather fan during the Northern Expedition, Xuanzang's final chanting before his westward journey, Lu You's lament of "riding a donkey into Jianmen in the drizzle"...

The product manager is a native of Jiange and is very familiar with the culture and customs of northern Sichuan. After studying classics and documents and visiting the route on site, he repeatedly polished the product and specially customized the Shu Road badge, pass certificate and souvenirs for this route.

The itinerary selects three sections of ancient roads: Lanmaqiang, Chaoshoupu and Gaomiaopu, connecting Jianmen Pass, Cuiyun Corridor and Thousand Buddha Cliff, so that you can fully appreciate the essence of Shu Road in one trip.

Guloupu section

Zhaohua Ancient City

The entire route focuses more on culture and less on hiking, with the intensity controlled just right. When you get tired, you can sit by the ancient trail and listen to the stories told by the cultural leader; in front of the more than 7,000 statues on the Thousand Buddha Cliff, the local tour guide will tell you how Tang Dynasty craftsmen carved Buddhas on the cliff; and there is also the immersive storytelling in Zhaohua Ancient City, which is even more exciting!

8. Dragon Boat Festival Photography

"To see China's dragon boat race, look to Guangdong; to see Guangdong's dragon boat race, look to Foshan." The Dragon Boat Festival is approaching, and I heard that the landlords in Guangdong are gearing up and eager to try their hand, ready to show their prowess in dragon boat racing.

Do you want to watch a thrilling dragon boat race? Or perhaps experience the joy of dragon boating yourself? If so, this route is the perfect choice!

Foshan Dragon Mother Birthday

We have included the folk carnival of the Dragon Mother's Birthday in Shunde, the speed and passion of the Diejiao dragon boat drift, and the fun socializing of visiting relatives on the Liede dragon boat in the itinerary. With a professional photography leader, exclusive camera positions and control of prime time, the quality of the photos is more guaranteed.

In addition, the tour leader will also take you to explore the charm of Guangdong cities, visit the Guangzhou Tower, Zhuhai Sun Moon Shell, Foshan Ancestral Temple, three major city landmarks, and capture the highlights of your life.

9. Fall in love with Italy

In the past two years, the most popular demand from tourists has been "the depth of a single place" - we don't want to rush around, we don't want to rush to catch the bus early in the morning, and we would rather spend a day in a city to travel slowly.

As fans, we had to fulfill these little wishes! Thus, this itinerary dedicated to exploring Italy was born.

Florence Cathedral

From the time we visited the route to the release of the route, we walked about 160 kilometers, explored 9 major cities and 16 small towns, and carefully designed a route of "light hiking + city strolling + in-depth museum exploration": there was no rush, the average driving time between cities was less than 2 hours, and the pace was just right.

Four City Walks allow you to stroll through Florence's Ponte Vecchio, Rome's Pantheon, and Venice's Piazza San Marco, enjoying the scenery like a local.

Piazza San Marco, Venice

Step into the four major museums: Brera, Uffizi, Medici Palace, and Colosseum, and immerse yourself in the glory of Western culture and art.

Go deep into Cinque Terre and Portofino, wash away the stress of work in the quiet town, chat with friends and take a walk.

Portofino

In terms of food, we have arranged 3 local flavor meals + 1 Tuscan winery lunch for everyone, with Genoa pesto, Milanese risotto, and T-bone steak taking turns to appear!

10. Okinawa Sea Story

Although Okinawa is small in size, it is very diverse.

Miyakojima

Manzamo

This is Japan, but its architecture, food, language and customs are different from Japan; this is an island, but its scenery and entertainment are not limited to blue sea and white sand; it has the ancient civilization of the Ryukyu Kingdom, and integrates the cultural imprints of China, Japan and the United States.

International Street

Our itinerary allows you to deeply experience the lives of local people, taking you to stroll through the red-tiled palace of Shuri Castle and feel the glorious history of the Ryukyu Dynasty; at night, you can listen to the melodies of shamisen and eat local delicacies.

You can take a glass yacht to dive into the dreamy sea, watch the magnificent sunset from the cliffs, or have a cup of coffee in a cave in the tropical rainforest... Experience the beauty of Okinawa's regional integration and the past and present in multiple dimensions.

11. Traveling in the Caucasus

Last year, the product manager saw a post on the Internet about niche entertainment in Russia and was deeply attracted by the Caucasus region. He decided to go there to check it out.

City of the Dead: North Ossetia

Unexpectedly, this spontaneous trip was full of wonderful things: the small town of Vladikavkaz was comfortable and leisurely, the natural scenery of the Karmaden Canyon was pure, the former Soviet Union architecture and the City of the Dead were mysterious and shocking, which made the product manager believe that the trip here is worth exploring in depth!

Therefore, we combined online and offline methods, consulted information from multiple sources, and discussed with partners to design this new route.

With photography as the main focus, we finalized an itinerary with rich and diverse shooting materials: the snow-capped villages of Ushguli, the Holy Trinity Church, and we also arranged beautiful women from the Caucasus wearing traditional costumes to serve as models, so that we could easily take beautiful pictures.

New Product Intelligence Bureau Short-term Tours

Of course, the New Product Intelligence Bureau also has many relaxing and enjoyable short lines.

Although these routes are short in duration, the product managers have invested a lot of time and energy in designing the route gameplay. They adjust and optimize the route details in a timely manner based on tourists' feedback, coordinate resources from all aspects, and strive to ensure that every tourist can get the most perfect travel experience.
