On the day of the all-day activity, each family member will go to Guilin City on their own. China-TravelNote has specially arranged airport and station pick-up service.
Please report "China-Travel Note + Name" at the hotel front desk when checking in. Check-in procedures are generally available after 14:00, and tourists who arrive early can also move around freely.
High-speed rail pick-up: From 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the same day, staff will be arranged to pick you up at Guilin West Station/Guilin North Station with a sign. It is recommended to arrive within this time period.
Airport pickup: From 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on the same day, staff will be arranged to pick you up with a sign for Guilin Airport. We recommend arriving within this timeframe.
Welcome dinner: At 18:30 that evening, a special Guangxi cuisine welcome dinner will be arranged to welcome the tourists from afar.
Day 2 Guilin → Longji Rice Terraces → Guilin

After breakfast, we will head to the World Heritage Site [Longji Rice Terraces] and take a scenic bus to Jinkeng Dazhai, where we will experience the authentic customs and rice-growing culture of ethnic minorities.
Walk to the Thousand-Layered Ladder Observation Deck to admire the spectacular scenery and enjoy a bamboo lunch, including authentic bamboo chicken, bamboo rice, and other homely farmhouse dishes.

After lunch, we took a cable car to the Golden Buddha Peak, the highest point of Jinkeng Dazhai. The terraced fields wind from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain, stretching for dozens of miles like layers of silver belts. This is the survival wisdom of the Zhuang and Yao ethnic groups who have lived here for thousands of years, "harmony between man and nature".
Then take the cable car down the mountain back to the village, where you can stroll around the village and then take the return trip to Guilin Hotel to rest.
At dinner time we tasted Guilin rice noodles.
Day 3 Guilin → Li River Cruise → Yangshuo → Silver Cave → Yangshuo Hotel

After breakfast, proceed to the Li River Cruise Terminal and board a four-star luxury cruise ship to explore the 100-mile Li River scenery (the cruise lasts approximately 3.5 hours. Lunch is a premium buffet or Chinese set menu on board, subject to the boat schedule of the day. If there is no four-star cruise ship on that day, it will be adjusted to a three-star cruise ship, and the price difference will be refunded immediately).
Along the way on the boat, you can see the reflections of strange peaks, the Nine Horses Painting Mountain, the reflections of yellow cloth, and the background of the twenty-yuan RMB. It feels like you are in a dream where "the boat is sailing in the mountains and people are swimming in the painting."

In the afternoon, we'll visit Silver Cave, a world-renowned karst cave wonder. This cave, which cuts through twelve peaks, is renowned for its grandeur, unique beauty, secluded surroundings, and secluded landscape. Within the cave, a shimmering, winding landscape reveals stalactites from different geological eras. These gleam like silver and diamonds, glittering and translucent, pristine white. Under the light, they resemble the Milky Way pouring down from the night sky.
At dinner time, we will enjoy the local special banquet in Yangshuo.
Day 4 Yangshuo → Yulong River Bamboo Rafting → Xingping Ancient Town → Yangshuo

In the morning, experience the Yulong River artificial bamboo raft (children under 1 meter and people over 70 years old are not allowed to ride the bamboo raft).
What's a must-do in Guilin? It's definitely a bamboo raft. Unlike the electric rafts on the Li River, this one is powered by humans, offering a more natural environment without the clamor of a motor and a more tranquil environment. Enjoy a round-trip bamboo raft tour from Jiuxian County to Xiangui Bridge, with no designated stops, for approximately 50 minutes. Relax and enjoy the tranquil riverside scenery.
For lunch, we tried the specialty beer fish. The fish was fresh, spicy and delicious, without any fishy smell. The aroma of beer and fish really whetted our appetite.

In the afternoon, we went to Xingping Ancient Town, which was very lively. We walked along the old streets to feel the charm of the ancient town, and hiked to the Li River to admire the Li River landscape and the fishermen on the riverbank up close. There was also a check-in location with the same background as the 20-yuan RMB coin.
In the evening, we return to Yangshuo West Street for a stroll. After enjoying dinner here, we can stroll along the pedestrian street to experience Yangshuo's night market life.
Day 5 Yangshuo → Xianggong Mountain → Guilin Airport → Guilin West Railway Station

After checking out in the morning, we headed to Xianggong Mountain Scenic Area. Xianggong Mountain is a holy place for photographers, and the sea of clouds and mist here attract tourists.
Reaching the summit is easy, a leisurely 15-minute hike to a breathtaking view overlooking the Li River. Peaks spring up like bamboo shoots after rain, while the Li River meanders through the peaks like a jade hairpin. It's truly breathtaking and captivating, so get ready for some photo ops!

At noon, we enjoyed a special farewell dinner, featuring Guilin's signature oil tea. In 2022, the custom of drinking oil tea was inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Drinking oil tea, known as "da you cha," is not only a hospitality ritual but also a way of life. Guests gathered around the table, enjoying cup after cup, a truly flavorful feast. It was a satisfying experience, a perfect rite of passage. Afterward, we returned to Guilin and dispersed.
First, we will send you to Guilin Liangjiang International Airport (arrival around 14:30-15:00) and take you to the security checkpoint. Please book a flight after 16:30.
Transfer to Guilin West Railway Station (approximately 15:30~16:00). Please book a train after 16:30.
