As product managers who are always on the road, we migrate like migratory birds under all kinds of roofs.

But when asked, "Which place feels most like home during your travels?"
The anchor of memory does not fall on the most expensive mattress in the hotel, but sinks into a few moments when "the heart is gently caught".
These moments are so small, yet so weighty. Like sparks scattered along the journey, they illuminate the essence of "living"—not a cold transaction, but a warm resonance between people and space at specific moments.
The following stories come from several product managers who have traveled across six continents:
About how a room, a person, and a sentence changed their definition of travel forever.
Feng Fengfeng, the product manager of Yeshebang, has always believed that "sleeping with beautiful scenery is the most sincere interpretation of travel."
Hello everyone, I am Fengfeng.
A few days ago, a colleague asked me to share a travelogue about hotels. After much deliberation, I decided to focus on Meilibodu. Like many backpackers influenced by the culture of youth, I've taken a gap year of over a year and have also traveled through Tibet on my own several times.
My first encounter with Meili Snow Mountain was when I was on my way from Lijiang to Tibet along National Highway 214. The youth hostel I stayed in at that time was called "Seasonal Bird" (now called "Xiashan"). The beds in the 8-person room were a bit crowded. Not only could it not accommodate everyone's backpacks, but it also couldn't accommodate the stories of travelers from all over the world.
It might have been a full moon that day. When I got up to go to the bathroom at night, the Thirteen Peaks of Meili illuminated by the moonlight made it difficult for me to tell whether it was night or day. The snow-capped mountains were so pure and holy. I immediately went back to the house to get my camera and took this photo.

More than a decade has passed, and I've visited Meili several times, always impressed by its beauty. This New Year's Day, I decided to go again, just for a promise to see the Sun Shining on the Golden Mountain.
It just so happened that the Bodu Hotel in Wunongding had just opened, so I went to experience it. The two masters, Wu Bin and Zhuang Ziyu, have a deep foundation in natural design. The hotel itself is a natural aesthetic space on a snow-capped mountain.

When I think back to my trips to the European Alps, I am always amazed at their comfortable lifestyle even though they are at the foot of the snow-capped mountains. With more and more high-end design hotels opening in China, I believe that in the future we will have more ways to revisit old places, and these hotels will also give the destinations a second life.

Hello everyone, I am Qiuyu, the product manager of Yeshebang.
I'm not really a hotel geek, so when I received the request to write about "Hotel Stories During Travel," I was a bit hesitant. But when I think about it, while working on Yeshebang products, I've discovered that those seemingly insignificant hotel stories also hold the essence of my original passion for this profession.
When I think carefully about the destinations I have visited in recent years, the hotel that impressed me the most was in Brazil, where I also met a retired couple from Shenzhen.
In 2019, I traveled alone in South America on a budget. In April, I arrived at Iguazu Falls and met this elderly couple. They didn’t speak foreign languages and couldn’t use translation software.
So I volunteered to translate for them and took them on a tour. We rode a miniature train through the rainforest, playing with hummingbirds and butterflies; we were baptized in the water of Thor at Devil's Throat; and we took a speedboat to the foot of the waterfall to participate in a game of bravery...
To express their gratitude, the elderly couple invited me to their Belmond Hotel Das Cataratas Brazil for afternoon tea. It was my first experience with a luxury hotel: pale pink Baroque architecture, a restaurant overlooking the cascade, a gorgeous outdoor pool and garden...

This is the only hotel inside the Iguazu National Park (Brazil) and it feels like you are in another world.
I was a bit intimidated and nervous at the sudden visual impact, but the couple explained that there was no need for formalities, saying that meeting in such a distant place was fate. They also said that the national park was so vast, and that I had helped them identify and translate signs, and they were very grateful for my efforts. All these years have passed, and I've forgotten the taste of that afternoon tea at the hotel, but the couple's peace and kindness left a deep impression on me during my trip to South America!

So whenever I travel, my EJ attribute is very high, and I will actively show kindness to strangers. This is also the joy I experience in traveling. Over the past few years, I have kept in touch with them and chatted about each other's lives. When they heard that I worked at a travel agency, they were also sincerely happy for me.
Today, Yeshebang’s products have given me the opportunity to return to Iguazu. Everyone is welcome to join me in going to the Antarctic Peninsula and returning to Iguazu Falls!
Xiaoshan, the current manager of Yeshebang, loves to go into the mountains and pursue the goal of "wildness in heart and luxury in behavior".
Hello everyone, I am Xiaoshan, the product manager of Yeshebang.
As my name suggests, I was born in the mountains of Yunnan, and Yunnan is my spiritual home. Today, I would like to recommend a hotel and destination that is a treasure trove in my heart: Jingmai Mountain.

Image source @Fangwuwai·Abaila Hotel official website
Jingmai Mountain, located in southwestern Yunnan at 22° north latitude, is a miraculous place where ethnic minorities such as the Bulang, Lahu, Dai, Hani, and Wa have lived for generations, guarding their tea spirits and tea gods.
Starting from downtown Pu'er, the moment National Highway 219 turns onto a small road, the chirping of tea-growing insects greets you. The roads here are all gravel, as asphalt would pollute the soil. Following the winding gravel road up the mountain, you'll reach Jingmai Mountain.

Stay at [Abai La Hotel], where you can be accompanied by tea mountains and sleep with the sea of clouds.
This is also the home of Mr. Nankang, an inheritor of the Bulang ethnic group's intangible cultural heritage of roasted tea. Four stand-alone villas and a core courtyard, each with its own unique style, are named after the Bulang people's "One Ancestor and Six Gods." This panoramic view of simple local life showcases the millennia-old culture of the Jingmai Bulang people. Here, you can experience the charm of this ethnic group and a vacation lifestyle that blends travel and living.

When the weather is clear, you can encounter a beautiful sunrise and sea of clouds here. Even when it rains, it has its own unique charm. You can relax and feel comfortable in the clouds and mist, watch a blazing bonfire, listen to the birds singing and insects chirping at night, and spend a peaceful and healing time leisurely.

At night, tea is roasted by the fire pit. Everyone sits around the fire pit, listening to the intangible cultural heritage songs of the Bulang girl, listening to the Dai girl talk about the dogs in the village fighting to choose the dog king on the full moon night, and listening to the inheritor grandfather tell stories about the tea mountains.

Pu'er is a destination that surprised me greatly. I have researched it countless times on maps and in travel guides, but the five senses were still filled with surprise and emotion when I visited it in person.
I highly recommend this trip to everyone! It's a truly amazing experience that will allow you to rediscover Yunnan.
Shaoyao, a new product manager at Yeshebang, has just begun her story at China-TravelNote and has endless possibilities.
My very close roommate in college was from Lhasa. Before moving to Tibet, I had eaten tsampa, drunk butter tea, and smelled Tibetan incense. Later, I finally had the opportunity to set foot on this land that was both familiar and unfamiliar.
On the second day at Songtsenpa Songtsong Lingka, the Tibetan Ajia asked me with a smile: "Tsering, did you sleep well last night?"
But my name was never Tsering. In the dim light of the prayer hall, I happened to glance at the prayer roster and saw a new line of ink had been added last night—my room number, neatly written behind it, "Tsering." I asked my roommate and learned that it means "longevity" in Tibetan. It struck me instantly: they, in the most gentle way, entrust their concern for you to the gods.
When you are quietly brought into the shelter of this land in the name of "blessing", the unfamiliar plateau suddenly becomes a "home" where you can place your fragile self.
Close your eyes and imagine the following beautiful scene:
Check in to Songtsam Basong Colinka Hotel
Nestled by the lake, Tibetan-style watchtowers nestle in the embrace of snow-capped mountains and forests.
Open the window in the wooden corridor
The "turquoise" of Basongcuo catches your eye
Facing the sacred lake, enjoy a Songzan secret afternoon tea
Yak yogurt with wild honey, handmade barley cakes and butter tea
The sun is warm, and the reflections of the snow-capped mountains and lakes ripple gently in the cup.
Take a boat trip to Yiye Lake Island
The oars cut through the emerald lake, and the ripples shattered the reflections of the snow-capped peaks
Arrive at the island to visit the ancient temple and prayer flags, and see the clear lake water
You can also enjoy afternoon tea at the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon
Start the "New Hiking in Secret Realm" journey in Xincuo

Top hotels never win you over with standard answers; rather, they quietly offer a warm glow when your soul is weakened. Songtsan is more than just a place to stay; it's a cultural translator. It understands your unspoken pain and quietly heals it with Tibetan wisdom.
We are recruiting members of Yeshebang, and we are also co-designing a one-day limited event for the Shoton Festival with Tibetan friends, so that you can immerse yourself in the richest Tibetan culture.
Miyagi, a retired product manager of Yeshebang, is now the product manager of Japan, and is deeply involved in Japanese tourism.
As a Japanese travel product manager and also a Japanese travel enthusiast, if you ask me what is the most romantic place in my mind, Lake Toya must be one of them.

I've visited Hokkaido dozens of times for both travel and work, and whenever I have time, I always choose to stay a few nights at the Sun Palace Hotel on the shores of Lake Toya. It's not that the hot springs are particularly special, but I simply prefer the natural atmosphere here, which naturally makes me want to clear my mind.

Hotels along the shores of Lake Toya particularly understand the concept of "nature is luxury." The large floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the hotel offer a panoramic view of the entire Lake Toya, while in autumn and winter, you can overlook Mount Yotei, known as the "Fuji of Ezo."

The temperature in Hokkaido in summer is suitable compared to the scorching heat of Honshu Island, making it very suitable for summer vacation. From April to October every year, you can see the fireworks display every night in Lake Toya.
Yes, you read that correctly. Every day, the fireworks displays on Honshu Island, often requiring crowds and pre-booked seats, become a daily ritual in Hokkaido. The romantic beauty of Lake Toya at night, with fireworks reflected on the tranquil surface, is something only those who have seen can truly appreciate. Perhaps this is the omotenashi (hospitality) that Hokkaido offers its visitors.

On a fine day, the hotel terrace offers breathtaking views, a moment of breathtaking beauty. Time seems to stand still, even as you breathe. The falling snow and leaves, like time itself, freeze in mid-air, while a gentle breeze ripples the water, stretching the romantic moment of enjoying nature.

Hello everyone, I am Yubing.
Ever since I started my yoga journey, whether for work or personal travel, I have chosen hotels suitable for retreat.

Last year, when I was traveling in Bali with my family, I personally experienced Grün Resort Uluwatu, a sanctuary dedicated to health and tranquility. I loved it so much that I started planning a Yoga Walk and Bali Purification Tour this year.

The hotel is located on the top of a mountain in the middle west of Uluwatu. Although it is not close to the cliff, you can overlook the sea and the sunset is really amazing.

I really like the tree house here, it is very natural and feels like home. I also like the octagonal yoga studio in the hotel, the energy field is particularly good!

Yoga Walk·Bali Purification Tour·10.2 National Day Holiday is now recruiting!
We've dismantled countless hotel data points (bedding index, pool pH value, slipper thickness), but ultimately found:
The so-called top experience is nothing more than making being seen and understood the background of the journey.
The purpose of the Wild Luxury Journey is to recreate such moments - when the hotel understands how to accommodate your loneliness, anxiety and desire better than you do, travel is no longer a displacement, but a return of the soul.
Tear up the star rating sheet and establish a "heartbeat index" evaluation system——
Measuring the density of goodwill floating in the lobby air,
Calculate the number of seconds it takes for employees to understand silence,
Calibrating the probability that strangers become neighbors.
Because a true luxury hotel is never just a pile of materials.
Instead, let stories worth telling grow under every roof.
