Atop the mountain lies a massive rock approximately 100 square meters in size, allowing hundreds of people to rest and enjoy the magnificent scenery, sea of clouds, and sunrise. In 1999, a team of experts from the Shanghai Geographical Society confirmed this as the source of the Huangpu River, earning Zhangcun Town the nickname "The First Town at the Source of the Huangpu River."

At 17:30, we arrived at the foot of the mountain, accompanied by clear mountain streams and springs. We walked along the country road for a while. The bus had been waiting there for a long time. After gathering, we got on the bus and headed to the farmhouse. In the evening, we had a decadent dinner together.

Are there any technical requirements for bridge rappelling? What if I don't know how? — Both bridge rappelling and dam rappelling are outdoor sports that combine fun and technical skills. The equipment used is similar to rock climbing, but the physical demands are not as high. With some basic training, anyone can participate in these sports and find them enjoyable.
