Depart from Wuxi and have fun on Qushan Island | Explore the offshore windmill kingdom of Qushan Island

Day 1 Wuxi → Pier → Qushan Island

09:00

Meet at Exit 11A of Sanyang Square Subway Station, Wuxi Metro Line 1 (please wait for the train, please do not be late). Depart on time at 09:15. The tour leader will explain the itinerary and interact with you along the way, and there will be laughter and singing along the way.

Arrive at Xiaoyangshan Wharf at noon and go through the boarding procedures.

·afternoon

The ferry departs around 15:00 (subject to the actual ticket price), arrives at Qushan Wharf around 17:00, and then proceeds to the hotel to check in.

We set off for the uninhabited village of Oz, a wonderland similar to Houtouwan Village on Shengshan Island. Over 20 years ago, due to the inconvenience of transportation and the high terrain, villagers moved out, leaving behind a series of abandoned buildings. Over the next two decades, those old buildings nestled against the mountainside have become a haven for creepers and a variety of greenery, creating a verdant fairytale. This is a popular spot for photography enthusiasts and a perfect spot for watching the sunset over the mountains and sea. As a result, vast expanses of these "uninhabited villages" have emerged on the island, each adorned with creepers and other vegetation, taking on a new beauty.

Then we will go to the fishing village to check in. At night, you can move freely in the fishing village, listen to the sound of the waves, and enjoy the slow pace of the fishing village.

Driving time: about 3.5 hours

2nd Tianqushan Island

·morning

In the morning, head to the Windmill Terrace for a breathtaking seaside experience. Along the way, windmills swirl in the gentle sea breeze, earning Qushan Island its nickname, the Windmill Kingdom. Arriving at the summit, gaze out over the island's azure sea and sky. Below, Salon Beach curls like a long dragon across the island. From here, you can get a close-up view of the windmills and take in a panoramic view of the northeastern part of the island: several large beaches meet in the foreground, the tide ebbs and flows, and in the distance, a blue sky, white clouds, dotted sails, and a scattering of islands of various shapes. The hilltops are dotted with slowly turning white windmills, creating a veritable "Little Holland of the East."

Come down to Liangzhi Fishing Village at the foot of the mountain. The entire fishing village is located next to the beach, and there are small suspension bridges, rocky beaches, etc.

Return to the accommodation in due time, have breakfast and rest.

A perfect time to check out the Qushan Salt Works. Since the Song Dynasty, Qushan has been known as the "Hometown of Tribute Salt." The salt pans stretch openly, the salt flowers are translucent and alluring, and the salt piles are crystal white. The salt pans, blue sky, sea, and white clouds interweave and enhance each other, weaving together into a gorgeous and captivating multi-dimensional painting.

·afternoon

Have lunch at a fisherman's house or in town, then return to your accommodation for a short rest.

At 15:30, we set off for the famous natural seaside bathing beach - Salon Beach, where we fly kites, touch conches, catch crabs, and look for oysters. The sand on the beach here is very fine and clean. We can have a free sand bath, or play a beach game organized by the tour leader and have fun!

When it gets dark, everyone has dinner together and takes a rest.

Note: Based on actual conditions, the tour leader may adjust the tour order without reducing the number of attractions to be visited. Please be advised.

Day 3 Qushan Island → Pier → Wuxi

·morning

After breakfast, depart for Guanyin Mountain, the highest peak in Daishan County and a rare site in Zhejiang Province where the body of Guanyin Bodhisattva is found. Known as the "Second Buddhist Kingdom of the East China Sea," Guanyin Mountain is said to have spent three years cultivating here before ascending to Putuo Mountain, hence the name. Guanyin Mountain boasts towering peaks, each linked together like a lotus flower. Its highest point, Tiandengding, stands at 3144 meters, the highest point on the island, over 30 meters higher than Putuo Foding Mountain. Qushan Island is surrounded by the sea, with Guanyin Mountain's southern side jutting into the sea. Its maritime climate ensures warm winters like spring and cool summers like autumn. The mild, humid climate and abundant sunshine make it a popular summer escape. The summit is often shrouded in mist, creating a looming, heavenly wonderland. In summer and autumn, white clouds float around the mountain top, sometimes thick, sometimes thin, confusing and unpredictable. The clouds are connected to the sky, like immortals riding clouds to the earth. This is called "Guanyin Riding the Mist", which is a great wonder of Guanyin Mountain.

We then walked along Hongyin Temple, then Puqing Temple, and finally to Hongfu Temple on the mountaintop. These three temples are collectively known as Guangji Zen Temple, where devout men and women worship the Buddha with great devotion. We reached the summit, gazing out over the sea, enjoying the sea breeze, and contemplating the surrounding landscape, leaving behind beautiful memories.

·afternoon

After lunch, we arrived at the pier and returned according to the boat ticket time. It is expected to arrive in Wuxi around 19:00, and the trip ended. Everyone was reluctant to leave and kissed goodbye with tears!

Driving time: about 4 hours
