Day 1 Hangzhou → Wuyuan
·morning
Departing from Hangzhou: 7:00-7:30, meet at Huanglong Seafood Stall (depart 1 hour earlier on holidays, please refer to the departure message)
Meet at the scenic area (please note when registering): We recommend arriving at Wuyuan High-speed Railway Station around 11:00 AM. From the station, you can take the scenic area shuttle bus to meet at Huangling Scenic Area. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes and costs approximately 20 yuan per person. (If your arrival time is different from your group's, you can check your luggage and enter the scenic area first before meeting up with the main group later.)
Along the way, the tour leader introduced the activities and team members, and played interactive games, which made the whole journey full of laughter and joy. We arrived in Wuyuan at noon for lunch.
·afternoon
--Tianjie Ancient Village, where people dry their crops in the sun--
In the afternoon, take the sightseeing cable car (included in the price) to enter the Huangling Ancient Village. Huangling is a masterpiece of humanities, and the Huangling autumn sun drying is a symbol of folk customs.
Dozens of ancient Hui-style dwellings are staggered across a valley with a hundred-meter drop. Every home features windows for natural light, and racks for drying goods. Villagers use the windows as canvases, racks as brushes, and drying boards as palettes. In spring, they dry bamboo shoots and ferns; in autumn, they dry red peppers, rice, and soybeans. This creates masterpieces of folk culture that flow throughout the year. The houses are arranged in a fan-shaped, terraced pattern around the water's mouth, creating a U-shaped village experience reminiscent of the Potala Palace of the South. Hui-style shops line the landscape, with shops in front and workshops in the back, creating a moving, abbreviated version of "Along the River During the Qingming Festival."
Passing through the ancient village, we will see China's most spectacular terraced fields. After walking on the glass cable bridge, we can also walk down the terraced fields and return to the ancient village by taking another cable bridge.
·night
--Explore the wonderful night of Yashang Ancient Village-- (Note: The opening of night tours is subject to the actual situation of the scenic area)
At sunset, come to the Shaqiu Observation Deck to watch a gorgeous sunset and feel nature's preference for summer nights; as the sunset glow fades and the lights in the ancient village light up, the charming and wonderful night in the countryside begins.
The [Retro Party] at the ancient stage, the [Intangible Cultural Heritage Lantern Show] at the ancestral hall square, and the popular [Paper Lantern Dancing Crane] are all amazing. The lively [Dragon Lantern Parade] allows people to experience the full folk atmosphere. Dragon lanterns and fish lanterns parade through the streets, with dragons soaring and fish leaping, golden dragons chasing fish, and a night of fish and dragon dancing!
Walk through the alleys of Tianjie to the No. 3 Observation Deck, where you will encounter the fairy-tale-like [Magical Flowing Forest].
More night tour surprises are waiting for you to unlock!

Day 2 Wuyuan → Jingdezhen
·morning
After breakfast, depart for Jingdezhen, the Porcelain Capital.
--Sanbao Pottery Village--
This is Jingdezhen's "paradise of pottery", a special ceramic art village where Jingdezhen artists gather.
There are art museums, superb aesthetic buildings, beautiful natural scenery, a variety of interesting treasure shops, cafes, and pottery studios that you can go in and experience at any time.
It is casual, simple, and without any rules, yet full of wild charm.
Lunch, enjoy the special meal [All-Porcelain Banquet] (included in the price)
·afternoon
--Ancient Kiln Folk Customs Expo Area--
To the north, you'll see the Forbidden City, and to the south, you'll visit ancient kilns. Entering the Jingdezhen Ancient Kiln Folk Customs Expo Area is like stepping into a dreamland of millennia-old kilns.
Here, we can observe the world's oldest porcelain production line, visit ancient porcelain workshops, and ancient caves that are still in use today (Song Dynasty Dragon Kiln, Yuan Dynasty Mantou Kiln, Ming Dynasty Gourd Kiln, Ming and Qing Dynasty Imperial Kiln Six-Style Kiln, Qing Dynasty Town Kiln, etc.), and explore the mystery of the kiln fire that has lasted for thousands of years.
Gather in time and proceed to the hotel to check in.
·night
--Wandering around Taoxichuan at night and feeling the hustle and bustle of the city--
Jingdezhen is serious and persistent in running a market. The reason why Jingdezhen is so popular can be summed up in one word: market.
In the evening, we came to the Taoxichuan Market (usually open every Saturday night, irregular hours on holidays). It is known as the "3.0 version of Chinese market culture". It is younger, more open, freer, more diverse, and more modern and artistic.
Taoxichuan's predecessor was the Yuzhou Porcelain Factory built in 1958. At night, the orange ambient lights cover the retro industrial red brick walls and old factory buildings, which are full of fashion and artistic tones, while making people feel relaxed and comfortable.
Craftsmen from all over the country gather here, with nearly 300 open-air stalls. The venue is very spacious, and the content is not necessarily limited to ceramics, but also includes other forms of cultural and creative products.
I believe you will have a great time shopping!
Note 1: The tour leader will reserve sufficient time for everyone to wander around freely. The bus will go to the hotel at a fixed time. Tourists who like to wander around for a while will need to take a taxi back by themselves.

Day 3 Jingdezhen → Yaoli Ancient Town → Jingdezhen
·morning
--The story of Porcelain House and Grandma Porcelain House--
After breakfast, we came to a special "earth building" [Colorful Porcelain Building], a miracle created by an octogenarian, an amazing place.
The colorful porcelain pieces in the building were all broken down and inlaid without any hesitation. The porcelain used for decoration is the result of decades of accumulation by the old man, most of which were fired in wood-fired kilns in the 1980s, and there are many fine pieces.
The old woman's perseverance is admirable, and her work will surely inspire future generations. Let's listen to the story of Cilou and Cilou's grandmother.
·afternoon
--Exploring the ancient village and the birthplace of ceramics--
At noon, we arrived at Yaoli Ancient Town, which was called "Yaoli" in ancient times and is the birthplace of Jingdezhen ceramics.
Hundreds of ancient buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties are scattered along the river. Strolling through the bluestone-paved streets of the ancient town will make you feel like you have stepped into the historical scroll of Ming and Qing society. For thousands of years, this place has retained its original charm and is known as the Peach Blossom Spring of Jingdezhen.
We have carefully designed an interesting [Ancient Village Tasting Activity] here, formed an exploration team, distributed task books, went deep into the ancient town, and started our ancient village taste-finding journey together.
Leaving the ancient village, we arrived at the Wanghu Ecological Tourism Area to experience the Yaoli region's "clear mountains, beautiful waters, and stunning forests." Walking along the mountain trails, shaded by verdant trees, we felt refreshingly cool. The Nanshan Waterfall, at its peak, was a truly spectacular sight. We looped down the route, embarking on the Huirao Ancient Road and crossing the Red Army Bridge (Fuyuan Bridge), marveling at the centuries of history.
In the evening, we arrived at the Yaoli Raonan Ceramic Theme Park, known as the "Source of Porcelain" in Jingdezhen. As the saying goes, ceramics have sustained Jingdezhen for a thousand years, and Yaoli has sustained Jingdezhen ceramics for a thousand years. Here, ancient water mills, mines, glaze workshops, dragon kiln ruins, and other relics of ancient ceramic production are preserved.
Return to the hotel for rest and dinner.
·night
Free evening at leisure.
If you have enough energy, you can go to the night market at the Sculpture Porcelain Factory or Taoyang New Village, where the prices are more affordable, with three strings of ceramic bracelets for 10 yuan and interesting cups for 5 yuan. The further you go in, the cheaper the prices are.

Day 4 Jingdezhen → Hangzhou
·morning
--Unlock the Imperial Kiln Museum--
A royal porcelain factory reborn, a museum that won the 2021 Oscar for architecture.
The Imperial Kiln Factory, known as my country's longest-running, largest, and most exquisitely crafted official kiln, produced porcelain exclusively for the imperial court and for tribute during the Ming and Qing dynasties. For over 540 years, it served as "the gathering place of kilns from around the world," producing countless exquisite porcelains. In January 2017, following expert review and approval by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, the Imperial Kiln Factory Site in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, was inscribed on the "China World Cultural Heritage Tentative List."
This building took four years to build. It has a unique oriental arch red brick shape, a simple yet appealing design, and is modestly hidden half underground. There are many wonderful camera angles in the building waiting for you to check in and unlock them.
·afternoon
At noon, we came to the [Sculpture Porcelain Factory], where we could shop for various ceramic artworks and exquisite small items.
After lunch, we returned with a full load and started our return journey.
