Day 2 Tung Ping Chau → → Hong Kong
05:30
If the weather is good, you can get up early to watch the sunrise.
07:00
Light the stove to cook breakfast and have enough food and clothing for yourself.
08:00
We started hiking around the island. There were no other tourists early in the morning, so we could enjoy the "Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains". The team leader organized everyone to take aerial photos of the "Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains".
10:00
After the aerial photography, we continued our hike around the island. This place is a true wonder of nature. 55 million years of seawater erosion have formed layers of sedimentary rocks, earning it UNESCO World Geopark designation. The island's unique rocks are considered one of Hong Kong's four wonders. Normally, the island is uninhabited, with boats only available on weekends and holidays. Aside from a few local convenience stores, the island is pristine nature, with its azure seas, blue skies, and unique rocks, creating a truly idyllic paradise.
12:00
After the hike, we returned to camp to cook lunch. In the afternoon, we explored Liberty Island or dabbled in the water on the beach.
4:30 PM
After packing up, we queued up at the pier for the ferry and took the 17:15 return ferry to Ma Liu Shui Pier.
6:30 PM
We returned to Ma Liu Shui Pier and walked to East Rail University Station. The activity ended here and everyone was free to disperse.
