11:00

Arriving at Sanshi Village, the starting point of the hike, this thousand-year-old village is located beside the Shanxi River and is famous for the three huge rocks in the village. According to legend, Li Bai once visited this place to collect folk songs and wrote a poem: "The moon on the lake shines on my shadow, sending me to the Shanxi River." We set out from the village and followed the ancient road, passing ancient houses and ancient trees along the way. In the deep autumn, the scenery is very colorful and beautiful.

Passing through Sanshi Village, you'll step onto a primitive trail that feels like a psychedelic forest (the road conditions are relatively primitive, so be careful wearing shorts).

Leaving the ancient road, a vast scene full of rural style comes into view, with small bridges, flowing water, country trails, rice fields, etc., which is super suitable for taking pictures!

1:30 PM

Arrive at Yantou Ancient Village, which is known as the "No. 1 Ancient Village in the Republic of China". It has a history of more than 600 years since its construction. It is mainly famous for being the former residence of Chiang Kai-shek's wife, Mao. Many ancient shops and ancient houses are still preserved today.

We strolled to the entrance of the ancient village, and along the way we could see green bridges, flowing water, and wobbly swings, which made us feel relaxed and happy!

2:00 PM

Drive to Wuling Square (20 minutes). When in Fenghua, how can you miss Fenghua's delicious food? This itinerary features Fenghua Xikou's signature delicacies: Fenghua beef noodles, Xikou thousand-layer cakes, taro tofu, Fenghua cold drinks, Fengcheng flatbreads, wontons, and more. We've left plenty of time for tourists to enjoy their food!

4:00 PM

Gather at the appropriate time according to the team leader's notification and return to Shanghai!

Around 20:00, we returned to Shanghai. We were reluctant to leave and kissed goodbye with tears in our eyes.

Driving time: Shanghai to Fenghua, about 3.5 hours

Hiking: About 6km of hiking, with a total ascent of about 100m, mainly on dirt roads, stone roads, and village roads

Note: October is a peak season for snake and insect activity. Tourists are advised to be careful when traveling. It is recommended to bring trekking poles and pay attention to the surrounding environment when walking.

1.Why didn’t I receive a text message notification after registering?

2. What if it rains during the event?

2-3 days before the event, we will decide whether the event will proceed as scheduled based on the weather forecast and route conditions. Please pay attention to our notifications. Most activities can proceed as usual even if there is light rain. There is still fun to be had on rainy days. If heavy rain is forecast, the event will be cancelled and a full refund will be given to everyone.

3. Is this route crowded?

Most of our routes are natural and niche, with relatively small traffic. Of course, it also depends on the registration situation for each period. Generally, ordinary models are 37-seat buses, and a few large models are 53-seat. Each car has a certain proportion of tour leaders to ensure the quality of the event.

Yantou Village:

Yantou is an ancient village in the mountainous area of eastern Zhejiang, renowned for its natural beauty and cultural heritage. In 1370, during the founding of the Ming Dynasty, descendants of the Mao family began to live and thrive here, a history spanning over 640 years. Because Yanshui, a tributary of the Shanxi River, flows northward from south through the village, Yantou was formerly known as "Yanxi."
