2-day Autumn Viewing Tour in Saibei with Daqingshan Hiking, Dada Line and Re'a Line

Day 1: All over the country → Chifeng → Daqingshan → Reshui

·morning

Departure time: 10:00 (you can arrive 1 hour in advance to visit Chifeng City Museum)
Gather at the South Square of Chifeng City Museum and take a bus to Wudan, the "Purple City", to start a hiking tour to explore the Hongshan Culture.

We gather in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, a city known as the "Jade Dragon Hometown," a pearl of the grasslands. Chifeng's name, meaning "Red Mountain," derives from the ochre-red peaks northeast of the city. "Ulan Hada" ("Ulan Hada" in Mongolian) is located at the junction of Northeast China and North China, boasting a superior location and convenient transportation. It is a key node in both the Capital Economic Circle and the Bohai Rim Economic Circle. Due to the discovery of the jasper dragon, a national treasure of the Hongshan Culture, it is also known as the "Jade Dragon Hometown."

Drive to Daqingshan. Lunch is at your own expense. Upon arrival, your guide will lead a hike. Located in Keshiketeng Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, lies a fairyland: Daqingshan. When the glaciers' chiseled blades meet the autumn breeze, a vibrant revolt unfolds at the 1,574-meter summit! Pine needles remain green, birch leaves bloom, and within the silent indentations of the mortars lie the earth's love letter to autumn.

As we continued along the winding path, the view opened up to a vast meadow as we gradually gained altitude. In the distance, herds of cattle and sheep were grazing leisurely, creating a tranquil and peaceful autumn pastoral scene.

Then drive to Reshui Hotel to check in and arrange dinner at your own expense.

Hiking: about 8 kilometers, about 4 hours

Notes: 1. The tour leader or guide will contact you by phone or text message before 8:00 PM the day before departure. 2. Please keep your phone lines open on the day of departure so the tour leader can contact you. 3. For first-timers to Chifeng, we recommend taking a taxi; this saves time and offers a good price, starting at 6 yuan. 4. Food and fruit purchases for the day should be made in Chifeng.

Day 2 Reshui → Re'a Line → Dada Line → Chifeng

All day

Gather at 8:00 and depart for the Re'a Line, which is the soul landscape belt of Keshiketeng Banner, Inner Mongolia. Check in the popular Heihei Village, a village surrounded by a large mountain. On the Re'a Line, you can see birch forests, meadows, and the Huanggangliang Observation Deck overlooking the stunning scenery.

Afterwards, we headed to the Dada Line—entering the picturesque landscape. The road is long and gentle, and the scenery along both sides is breathtaking. Driving along it felt like floating on a golden ocean, leaving us feeling open-minded and cheerful, and our thoughts tranquil and warm.

This trip covers the entire Re-A line and the Da-Da line from Ashatu Stone Forest to Gongger Expressway Exit.

Then take the bus back to Chifeng, ending the pleasant journey!

Driving distance: about 430 kilometers

Note: 1. We will arrive at Chifeng High-Speed Railway Station around 18:30. Tourists returning on the same day are advised to book high-speed trains/flights after 19:00.
2. For tourists not returning today, we can assist you in booking hotels if necessary.

Rehe-Ashatu Highway: When the foothills of the Greater Khingan Range catch fire in autumn, the Rehe-Ashatu Highway becomes one of Asia's most spectacular temperate autumn foliage corridors. This secret highway, stretching from Reshuitang Town in the north to the Ashatu Stone Forest in the south, descends 900 meters in elevation, showcasing the changing colors of maple, birch, and sand spruce trees.

Daqingshan: In autumn, the slopes of Daqingshan are a vibrant array of colors. Meadows are green with yellow hues, and many cypress leaves are still fresh, adding vibrant colors. The autumn scenery of Daqingshan is hidden in the ravines. Walking along the ravines, you'll see vibrant trees in all their colors, and you might even encounter deer while walking along the side.

Dada Line: "Autumn on the Dada Line is the palette of Changshengtian—the sand spruce is an emerald that never fades, the migrating herds are flowing gold, and we are nothing more than dust passing through it.
"
