【Dinner】COTA Okhotsk Buffet

The open kitchen, brimming with a sense of openness, offers a menu featuring ingredients from Hokkaido's Okhotsk region. There's freshly fried tempura, sashimi including salmon, Moyoro pot where you can choose your ingredients, and pizza baked in a stone oven. There are so many options it can be hard to choose, but dinner is enjoyable. Desserts are plentiful, and you'll leave feeling full. If you're staying over, I recommend the hotel buffet for dinner.
