Home Away From Home: An Amazing Experience at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr

Our two-week stay at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr on an all-inclusive package was remarkable. Although we are seasoned travelers, this hotel impressively stands out. The location is ideal, the food is superb with diverse options, and the cleanliness across the hotel is impeccable. However, the standout feature of this hotel is its staff. They excel in making every guest feel at ease and welcomed. The management should be proud of such committed and heartwarming personnel. Special thanks to Benjamin and the pool team for their daily incredible service and positive vibes. Additionally, thanks to Bikal, our delightful breakfast server, whose cheerful smile and attention brought joy every morning. We have two minor suggestions for improvement: The swim-up bar would be best if restricted to adults only, as during our visit, it wasn't always the case. Also, breakfast outdoor service turned a bit hectic when the hotel was at full capacity—likely due to temporary staffing mismatches.
