Exceptional Service and Memorable Experience

Wow—what can I say? Possibly the finest service we've ever experienced at a hotel. Rinki， our hostess， ensured we had everything needed. There’s no reception desk per se; instead， a hostess checks in daily via WhatsApp. It's personal， with all queries or arrangements handled immediately. Rinki was phenomenal， making us feel valued， not just another guest. She checked in with us daily， and she was truly wonderful. The food was fantastic—delicious at every meal and cooked to order. You get so many options， telling the chef what you want， and it's brought right to your table. Everything was made to our liking， from breakfast eggs to lunch or dinner meats， or a custom stir fry. The waitstaff was the friendliest， deserving special mention: Haydie， Nabeel， Merina， and Wintri were outstanding and delightful to converse with. Suresh at the bar was incredible， teaching cocktail making， sharing drink tips， or just chatting. The bar staff knew your preferences， often delivering your usual drink directly to your lounger. The personal service was top-notch.Our water bungalow was breathtaking， featuring a glass floor window， an open bathroom where you could see the sea， and steps into the ocean. I highly recommend the side with a private pool and sunset view; the other side faces the family's part of the island and lacks a pool. We indulged in a floating breakfast—extravagant but a perfect luxury.We stayed 8 days to enjoy 2 complimentary underwater restaurant visits and massages. The underwater restaurant was surreal， with sharks and fish swimming by—an amazing and unique experience with delicious food. The best seats are halfway down on the left. The massages were fantastic， too; we upgraded our Lobi plan massage to a deep tissue one. Both were incredible， and Vuli， Komang， Nuima， and Pebri were skilled at relieving our back pain. The resort is adults-only， ideal for relaxation， with immaculate surroundings and serene beauty. We didn't visit the family side， preferring our peaceful oasis.Snorkeling every day revealed plenty of fish and sharks. We brought our own masks and fins but borrowing is possible. If the steps into the sea seem steep， there are plenty of beach access points and a complimentary boat trip for snorkeling. There's also a sunset boat trip， which was fantastic.I could go on about this resort， but instead， I encourage you to visit and see it for yourself. Download the app before going to pre-book boat trips and restaurants—a beach food truck has limited options. Your host will make sure you experience it all upon arrival.
