"Kirakirazaka" in Ako City, Hyogo Prefecture, features a European-style tiled staircase and a beautiful view of the Seto Inland Sea.
This slope leads from the grounds of "Iwatsuhime Shrine," famous for matchmaking, to the sea. The view of the ocean from beyond the shrine's torii gate is also stunning, so it's definitely a must-see! ✨
The slope leading to the sea is lined with cafes, gelato shops, and glasswork shops. 𓂃𓈒𓏸

We also recommend "Ichimainoe Seaside Terrace Cafe," located a 10-minute drive from Kirakirazaka!
Enjoy luxurious time at this cafe, where you can enjoy home-roasted coffee while taking in the spectacular view of the Seto Inland Sea. ☕️
It's open from 9:00 AM, so it's perfect for breakfast!

A popular shop located on Sakoshidaidō, the main street in Sakoshi, Ako City. ✨
In the summer, they also serve shaved ice.
It's filled with chunks of fruit.
It's large but fluffy, so you'll eat it all in one go. 🍧

Ako is a photogenic seaside town.
