Sauna in New Zealand

This sauna, called The Secret Sauna, is located on the shores of Lake Hawea on New Zealand's South Island.
After you enter the room, a staff member will pour aromatic water on the sauna stones and perform a loyly.
After 15 minutes in the sauna and working up a sweat, you can cool down by diping into the lake as a cold bath. The lake is beautifully clear and cool even in summer.
A maximum of 10 people can enter at the same time, and there are 1-hour and 2-hour courses. Swimsuits are required and there are changing rooms, but no showers. Bath towels are available to rent for a fee.
