This time I ordered the 🥢Dan Dan Set (1000 yen)️📝

It's so delicious that you'll get addicted to it no matter how many times you eat it.
My favorite spicy noodles, dry dandan noodles.

The dandan set comes with
dry dandan noodles, a warm egg, and dive rice.

The dry dandan noodles, made with 32 types of spices, are topped with
Kobe pork miso, cashew nuts from India, onions from Awaji Island, pickled egg, and mizuna.

They look colorful and very pretty✨️

How to eat
✔︎︎︎︎Mix well and eat as is.
✔︎︎︎︎Add a warm egg halfway through.
✔︎︎︎︎Change the flavor with three types of vinegar.
✔︎︎︎︎Add dive rice to the remaining sauce and ingredients! This is the recommended flow of Kokyakumen 💡

You can choose the spiciness and numbness on a 10-point scale ✨️
I chose 3 last time, so this time I chose 4 for both spiciness and numbness.

For Mogu Kayu, it's just the right amount of spiciness 🔥
It feels like the spiciness comes on a little later, so I think I can handle more spiciness ✨️
I want to try how far I can go 💗

The texture of the pickled egg and cashew nuts is great and goes great with the chewy noodles!

If you add a warm egg halfway through, it becomes soft and mellow.
This is also delicious 💕

You can change the flavor with orange vinegar, kelp vinegar, and exotic vinegar.
I tried them all, but kelp vinegar was my favorite 🙆♀️

Finally, add dive rice to the remaining ingredients.
This is also really delicious ✨️
You'll want to eat just the ingredients and rice!

If you like coriander, you can add it as a topping.
There are 10 levels of spiciness and numbness, so I'd like to try the spicier version every time I go 🔥
