Dale Zhiye · Green Gables, a fairyland homestay surrounded by valley tea fields

Hecun Village, Hanggai Town, Anji, Huzhou
Dale Zhiye · Green Gables is located in Hecun Village, Hanggai Town, Anji County, Zhejiang Province, nestled between endless bamboo seas and layered tea fields. It is only a 2-3 hour drive from Shanghai and Hangzhou, about 1 hour from Anji High-Speed Rail Station, yet completely isolated from the city's hustle and bustle. Along the way, streams murmur and mountain mist lingers, as if entering the fairy tale world of "Anne of Green Gables."
The hotel cleverly integrates the architecture into the mountain terrain, retaining rustic white walls and original wood structures on the exterior. Inside, a minimalist design language is used—floor-to-ceiling windows bring in lush greenery, original wood furniture paired with cotton and linen soft furnishings, echoing the ruggedness of the mountains while maintaining comfort and warmth. The stepped roof design makes every terrace a viewing platform, allowing the building to naturally coexist with bamboo forests and tea fields, truly realizing the experience of "living in the scenery."
Rooms are distributed in the main building "Muxiang" and three villas, including family rooms and pet-friendly options. The second phase added 18 rooms located on the southeast hilltop, facing unobstructed mountain views. Guest rooms are furnished with original wood furniture and cotton-linen fabrics, equipped with air conditioning, floor heating, custom mattresses, high-thread-count cotton bedding, and white tea-scented bath products. Some rooms also feature bathtubs, allowing you to enjoy the verdant mountain views while soaking. The hotel restaurant, named "Ye You Shi," focuses on local ingredients and creative cuisine. Breakfast is a set Chinese meal featuring Anji specialties like dried bamboo shoots, rice cakes, and red rice porridge. Dinner requires advance reservation, with the chef customizing the menu based on fresh daily purchases, such as bamboo forest chicken, stream fish, and wild vegetable soup. Ye You Café offers hand-brewed coffee and specialty cocktails; in the afternoon, you can sit on the terrace enjoying coffee while watching the tea fields at sunset.
Here, time slows down and becomes tangible~ The infinity pool nestled in the mountains is perfect for swimming in summer and enjoying snowy views in winter, making for stunning photos! There is a children's reading room, game consoles, and a billiards room, so families with kids can fully relax! The site was originally an orchard, and during the right season, you can experience picking chestnuts, walnuts, and other wild delights! There are multiple hiking trails around the hotel to explore pristine bamboo forests and streams, breathing in air rich in negative ions~
