Surrounded by mountains and peaks, lush vegetation, clear streams, and birds singing amidst fragrant flowers, it is the top of the "Eight Scenic Spots of Ankang" and is known as the "Ancient Cave of Immortal Traces." Xiangxi Cave not only boasts picturesque scenery but also embodies rich Taoist culture, making it an ideal place for self-cultivation and historical exploration.
Legend has it that Lü Dongbin practiced Taoism and became an immortal here. Later generations built bridges, pavilions, and carved caves into the rocks, hence its nickname "Ancient Cave of Immortal Traces."
