Jianshui River National Wetland Park

Erdaobaihe Town, located on the northern slopes of Changbai Mountain, was rainy on August 6th, so I decided to wander around the town instead. As a flower lover, I was pleasantly surprised by this wetland park. The initial walkway was a winding forest trail, creating a tranquil and secluded atmosphere. Once outside, I was greeted by a sea of ​​vibrant flowers, a popular Instagram-worthy spot. For me, it's even more worth a visit than the Scaly Merganser Park.

Lunch recommendation: Jinzhisen Chicken Soup. The ginseng chicken soup is delicious, the kimchi is also quite tasty, and the owner is pretty and gentle.

After the chicken soup, I stopped by Yunding Market to buy some local specialties like ginseng and autumn wood ear mushrooms.

In short, this is a relaxing town surrounded by forests. Travelers visiting the northern slopes of Changbai Mountain should plan an extra day to explore the town.
