Centered around water, the park is divided into five themed service areas: a sports field, a waterfront landscaped area, a children's play area, a leisure and relaxation area, and an ecological park service area .

As the only natural landscape ecological park in the north of Kunshan City, it is nearly as large as 6 Kunshan Sports Center stadiums, with 190,000 square meters of water area, making it a valuable wetland ecological park.
