Suu-mama's recommendation is the "Usu-no-ito," a delicate shaved ice that's as delicate as silk threads. ✨
It's a super luxurious shaved ice with fluffy matcha and milk ice, bean paste, Amaneya's special dumplings, simmered domestic chestnuts in Shibukawa, and matcha jelly. 😍

I recommend the "Strawberry Shaved Ice" for kids. 🍓
Homemade strawberry sauce, milk pudding, and mascarpone are hidden inside the ice, and the topping of strawberries and clear jelly makes for a cute shaved ice. ❣️

Awaji Beef Curry, winner of the Gold Award for three consecutive years. This shop is incredibly popular for its bread 🏅 They fry it fresh on the spot, so you can enjoy a piping hot Awaji beef curry bun 😋
They also sell bread perfect for breakfast the next day, as well as a hearty Awaji Island burger ✨

⭐️Awaji Island Fresh Pasta Kamatama Carbonara Trepici
Enjoy an evolved version of carbonara, featuring extra-thick pici noodles and a maple egg omelet 🥰 It's incredibly filling, and adding rice to the remaining sauce transforms it into a rich risotto ✨
