During a drive around Awaji Island, I stopped by the cafe "Korakusui (Classic)" in Sumoto. The exterior has a calm atmosphere, but once I went in, I was right!

I was looking for a crepe made with Echire butter. With one bite, the aroma of butter spreads, the dough is chewy, and the sweetness is elegant and really delicious...! I can see why it's so popular 👏

The coffee also has a taste that shows the attention to detail, with a great balance of bitterness and aroma. It's the perfect combination to enjoy with a sweet crepe.

It has a parking lot and is easy to access, and when I went it was full of locals! But that's why it was a cafe that I could really feel was "definitely worth going to!"
