📅 Itinerary
Day1：arrive in VIE airport, pick up rental car from Dryyve, drive to Bad Ischl
Day2: river side breakfast then drive to Dachstein Giant Ice Cave, for cable car ride and some hiking( remember to wear comfortable shoes and warm clothings as ice caves are below 0 degree.
Day3: go to Hallstatt to visit salt mine and a stroll into the small village
🏨 Accommodation , river side hotel in Bad Ischl , if you can don’t stay in Hallstatt as the hotels are small and located in the small alley
🍴 Food Recommendations , all restaurants are good and local
Rührwerk Bad Ischl is a good coffee and bakery shop
Restaurant am See, great service and stunning view, ask for a table close to the lake.
📌 Tips , it’s a relaxing town , shops are closed early and not open on Sunday. Save lots of time to stroll around town and enjoy the vibe. #travel #upperaustria #gianticecave #bad ischl
