#baguiotrips
I recently visited Baguio, and it was such a refreshing experience. The cool mountain air was a nice break from the usual heat. I spent time at the park biking and relaxing, then enjoyed the scenic mountain views at a popular lookout spot where I even tried on traditional local clothing for fun.
One of my favorite parts was trying the local food—strawberry taho in the morning and some delicious ube jam I bought as a souvenir. I also checked out a historic mansion and explored the main street, hopping between cozy little cafes.
I was lucky to catch the Panagbenga Festival, which celebrates the season of blooming. The city came alive with colorful flower floats, street dancing inspired by native culture, and lively music. It was amazing to see how the community came together to celebrate beauty, creativity, and tradition. Baguio really lives up to its charm.
