I requested airport pickup when making the reservation,
and was told to wait for a staff member holding a card with the hotel name on it when I arrived at the airport on the day. I couldn't see the hotel name (there were other hotels)
I thought the staff went to the bathroom for a while, so I kept waiting but they didn't come
I called the hotel and they told me to go to the parking lot and look for a bus...

Only taxi drivers were honking and the buses had all left
I called the hotel again and they told me to wait while they talked to the staff

15 minutes later they called and said the bus had already left so they would send another staff member... There was no sign that said Hyatt Regency Changbaishan in the first place and the pick-up bus wasn't even a Hyatt-only vehicle. It was a bus that picked up guests from various hotels and dropped them off at each hotelㅡㅡ

I had to wait for about an hour after arriving at the airport without even eating
(The airport is so small that there are no stores or restaurants in the airport)
