Historical Musuem 🕋

If you ever want to visit Dongguan City, one of the first places to check, it's the Opium War Museum, this historical museum is located in the Human area.

I like the whole building style, especially the main gate, because when you walk in, give you 19th-century feelings, which is cool, they are some cannon outside as well. The whole museum is not big at all, with only two floors, will take you only 2-3 hours to visit the whole museum.

There are so many historical facts that you can learn, with different kinds of relics and other documents as well. Beautiful explanation of how the war started to the very end with pictures and some interactive videos.

The heroes who battled to defend their country against invaders and bring peace to humanity and the nation are all silently honored in this museum. 🕋
