Mother Temple (Taman Ayun Temple)-World Cultural Heritage, the second largest temple in Bali

The Mother Temple is a royal garden temple in Bali. It was built in 1634 and is the second largest temple on the island. There is a large lawn at the entrance, and various altars for worship are located in the inner courtyard. There are many sacrificial pagodas and 29 ancestral tablets in the temple, as well as a beautiful moat and garden.

The gate of the Mother Temple is built with red bricks, and the top is decorated with stone bricks in the shape of a mountain, with each layer carved with several small statues.

The temple architecture is simple and elegant, with gorgeous and exquisite details. The river surrounding the temple adds a sense of quiet mystery to the temple. It makes people feel calm and relaxed here. It is suitable for leisurely tourists to visit and take pictures.

When entering, visitors wearing shorts need to wrap themselves around the salon as a sign of respect.
