Capella Ubud, Bali, hidden in the rainforest

Recently, I stayed at Capella Ubud, Bali, located in Tegallalang, Bali. It was a luxurious experience in the primeval forest. The hotel is located at Jl. Raya Dalem, about a two-hour drive from the airport, but the pick-up service is really considerate, with fruits, snacks, and Wi-Fi in the car, so the slightly longer journey is not boring at all! 🚐

The hotel is in a convenient location, about a 15-minute drive from Ubud city center, and it's also convenient for those who like to visit the rice terraces or the craft street. Each tent-style villa has its own suspension bridge, which is like entering your own little world. The hotel is decorated with great care, and each tent is uniquely designed. The staff's enthusiasm is really touching, with sincere smiles on their faces, and the welcome ceremony is interesting, with fragrant welcome drinks and towels, which completely dispel the fatigue of the journey.

The interior design of the room is one of the best I've ever stayed in. The tent is full of interesting furnishings, and the hidden refrigerator and coffee machine design are full of surprises. Especially the bathroom, with a super retro copper bathtub and a toilet like a king's throne, is a very special experience. There is also a private saltwater pool outside the room, which is perfect for a relaxing vacation. And every night when you return to your room, the staff will prepare sleeping tea and foot bath water, with great attention to detail!

The surrounding natural scenery is also worth seeing. For example, I recommend going to the Tegallalang Rice Terraces, about a 10-minute drive from the hotel, which is a great place to take perfect photos. You can enjoy Indonesian cuisine while enjoying the rice terrace scenery, which is perfect for a day trip. At the same time, there are many handicraft shops nearby, and the prices are more affordable than in Ubud city center, which is a must-visit place for those who like handicrafts!

Of course, the Capella Ubud experience is not without its drawbacks. Due to the remote location of the hotel, it is a bit inconvenient to get to the city center. However, the hotel offers a free shuttle service, and there is a shuttle every hour, so it is quite frequent and convenient. And the remote location also has the advantage of being very quiet, like a paradise.

Overall, Capella Ubud is a hidden paradise, and whether you like nature or luxury, this hotel is worth a try! If you're planning a trip to Bali, don't miss it! 🌴✨
